Belicia Generates Over INR 200 Crores in Revenue in Q1; 80+ Units Sold
Belicia, a luxury residential project in Thane, has reported over INR 200 crores in revenue for Q1 FY 2024-25, following the sale of more than 80 units. The project, developed by Prescon Group and the House of Hiranandani, features a 48-storey tower and is expected to benefit from significant infrastructure improvements in the region.
