The sale deed states that the company acted through its directors Hemant Thakur Rupprell and Ranjeet Damodar Thakur.

The sale deed records that the society was registered with the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mumbai, in December 2013.

According to the document, Dixit had been holding the office on an ownership basis and was entitled to deal with and dispose of the property.
