<p>Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon has made one of Mumbai’s biggest celebrity real estate moves of 2025, acquiring a luxurious duplex apartment in Bandra West for <strong>₹78.20 crore</strong>. The deal was officially registered on <strong>August 14, 2025</strong>.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Located in Pali Hill’s Exclusive Supreme Prana</strong></h3>



<p>The duplex is located in the <strong>Supreme Prana</strong> building on Pali Mala Road, Pali Hill — one of Mumbai’s most sought-after and high-value residential pockets, known for its celebrity residents and sea-view apartments.</p>



<p>The purchase comprises <strong>two flats</strong>:</p>

<li><strong>Flat 1401</strong> (14th floor) – 3,298.41 sq. ft. carpet area</li>



<li><strong>Flat 1501</strong> (15th floor) – 2,088.54 sq. ft. carpet area</li>

<p>Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan’s company, <strong>HRX Digitech LLP</strong>, has expanded its commercial property portfolio in Mumbai with the purchase of three premium office units in Chandivali for <strong>₹31 crore</strong>.</p>



<p>The property registration documents for the deal, accessed by <strong>SquareFeatIndia</strong>, show that the transaction was registered on <strong>July 9, 2025</strong>.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Details of the Latest Purchase</strong></h3>



<p>The three offices are located on the <strong>first floor of the Boomerang building</strong> in Andheri East’s Chandivali area. Together, they span <strong>13,546 sq ft carpet area</strong>.</p>



<p>The deal attracted a <strong>stamp duty of ₹1.86 crore</strong> and <strong>registration fees of ₹30,000</strong>. The sellers in this transaction were <strong>Manish Krishangopal Bazari, Shalini Manish Bazari, and Bazspace Pvt. Ltd.</strong></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Earlier Acquisition in the Same Building</strong></h3>



<p>This is not the Roshan family’s first investment in Boomerang. Property documents reveal that in <strong>September 2024</strong>, the same company purchased <strong>five office units on the fifth floor</strong> of the building for <strong>₹37.75 crore</strong>.</p>



<p>Those offices, with a combined <strong>17,389 sq ft carpet area</strong>, were bought on <strong>September 5, 2024</strong>, with <strong>₹2.26 crore paid in stamp duty</strong> and <strong>₹30,000 in registration fees</strong>.</p>

<p>Suhana Khan in the last one year has bought several properties in the same village in Alibaug the latest being in February.</p>



<p>In June last year Suhana Khan had bought properties in the village named Thal, located in Alibaug Taluka in Raigad District.</p>



<p>She this year on February 13, registered yet another property located in the same village Thal.</p>



<p>Lets get in to the detail of the recent properties first, then we will talk about the previous ones.</p>



<p>Property measuring 0.72 hectare was bought by Suhana, for which an amount of Rs 9.50 crore was paid.</p>



<p>This property’s documentation was carried out on February 12, while it was registered on February 13.</p>



<p>A stamp duty of Rs 57 lakh was paid for the registration of the deal. The actress bought this property form a 70 year old resident of South Mumbai named Nauzer Wadia.</p>



<p>Suhana shall also have access to the well and the trees on the land read the registration document. Suhana’s current address is that of Mannat, Bandstand, the famous bungalow belonging to actor Shahrukh Khan.</p>



<p>In June last year, Suhana had bought properties in the same village, of which details are as follows.</p>



<p>She had bought agricultural land spread across 1.5 acre with in the same village Thal, in Alibag, for Rs 12.91 crore.</p>



<p>She had paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh for the purchase of this land.</p>
