Here’s the detail of the first property that she has put on rent. It is a commercial property and was put on rent on June 27, 2024.

The lessor is Nanavati Construction, it is a commercial premises, ground floor & Basement, Western Wind, Juhu Tara Road, Juhu, Mumbai. The duration is for 60 months, and the security deposit Rs 72 lakh.

The rent for the first three years, is 18 lakh per month, for the fourth year the monthly rent is Rs 20.16 lakh and for the fifth year it is Rs 20.96 lakh.

Before Tamannaah Bhatia rented her property in Juhu, she mortgaged three of her properties for Rs 7.84 crore. The Three properties that she put on mortgage was on June 14. The lender here is Indian Bank, and the property details include, flat no, 205, 206, 207, Meghdut building, B wing, Veera Desai Road, Andheri West.

The lease rent agreement is between Ajay Devgan and Bhanusali Studio which has rented the premises. 

The rented premises is located on the 17th floor of the building named Signature by Lotus, in Veera Desai Road, Andheri.

The total rented area is 3445 Sq Ft and the deposit paid was ₹42 lakh, whereas the per month rent is ₹7.25 lakh.

The rent agreement was carried out on April 8.

In June 2023, Ajay had bought 5 offices in this building for ₹45.09 crore.

The apartments that Ranveer Singh sold are located on the 43rd floor of the building named Oberoi Exquisite located in Goregaon East.

There were two flats that Ranveer owned along with his mother and he sold both of them on November 6,

Both the flats measures a total of 2,648 sq ft.

The total stamp duty that was paid by the buyers is ₹91.5 lakh.

With each apartment the new buyer has got access to three car parks each, which means a total of 6 car parks.

In July 2022, Ranveer Singh and his dad’s firm Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP had inked a real estate deal in Bandra for Rs 119 crore. The prized possession that the actor and his father’s firm now own is a Quadraplex along with 19 car parks.
