Tribeca Developers, known for Trump-branded properties in India, has launched Trilive, the country’s first dedicated rental housing platform, starting with studio apartments in Andheri, Mumbai. Priced at ₹70 lakh and offering a 6% rental yield, the project is managed by co-living giant Housr, aiming to serve India’s rising population of young professionals.
