Dhoni Entertainment Private Ltd, yes heard it right, the company is known by the surname of cricketing legend M S Dhoni.

This company has recently leased a commercial office space in Adani Inspire, in Andheri West.

The second floor office space numbered 207 has been leased for a monthly rent of Rs 1.89 lakh.

The company has Sakshi Singh Dhoni, wife of M S Dhoni as director. The other director is Suraj Singh from Dhoni’s team.

According to a realty source the office space was rented from Gurwinder Singh, Satwinder Kaur and Gurmeet Kaur. Suraj Singh the director of the company signed the documents on behalf of the company.

A deposit of Rs 10.80 lakh was also paid for renting the office space.

The registered address of the company is that of Dhoni Farm House located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, the cricketers home town.

A source aware about the deal said, “The property was leased somewhere in December 2019, and for two to three months there was interior works being carried out. In March second week, the office was ready and inaugurated.”

According to documents, the office space was leased by the entertainment company on December 5, 2019. Stamp duty paid was Rs 17,900 for the registration of the documents.

A detailed email sent to Sakshi seeking her comment, yielded no response.

On Saturday Dhoni announced his retirement from international cricket, leaving his fans heartbroken.

Meanwhile, Dhoni was also in news a few days ago too, when Sushant Singh Rajput the actor who played his character in his biopic was found dead. 

Sushant had allegedly died by suicide in his Mount Blanc apartment located at Bandra in June 2020.

On Saturday cricket legend M S Dhoni, announced his retirement. The entire nation went into a shock, with the news.

However, Dhoni the most successful Indian cricket team captain had ventured into real estate of Mumbai too.

According to documents available with SquareFeatIndia, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his cricketer friend Harbhajan Singh had bought a huge commercial space.

This commercial office was located in Kamala Mills’ Trade World Building in Lower Parel.

Dhoni and Singh had purchased this property way back in 2009, to be precise on November 9, 2009.

Then they had paid Rs 20 crore for the entire 8th floor in the building, located inside the mill compound.

In December 2017, Dhoni and Singh sold 8,456 sq ft of the 8th floor property. They sold it for Rs 21 crore.

The date of registration according to documents was December 11, 2017. The eye catching aspect the rate at which they sold the property was even less than the Ready Reckoner rate.

Ready reckoner rate of the property that was sold by the cricketers stood at Rs 26.33 crore.

Ready reckoner rates are decided by the government for every area, based on which stamp duty is paid to the government.

After the retirement announced by the cricketer social media platforms were filled with messages for him.

Meanwhile, Dhoni was in news a few days ago too, when Sushant Singh Rajput the actor who played his character in his biopic was found dead.

The year 2020 has already delivered to us a lot of bad news. As if it was not much that Sunday afternoon, the news of the alleged suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput came out.

The actor only in December 2019, had rented flats spread over two storey in an apartment named Mount Blanc in Bandra’s Carter Road area.

According to documents available with Square Feat India, the actor rented the apartment on December 9, 2019.

The rent Sushant was paying was divided into three parts, for the first year it was Rs 4.30 lakh per month. While for second and third year it was Rs 4.51 lakh and 4.74 lakh per month respectively.

The total duration. of the rent agreement was 36 months starting from December 10, 2019 to December 9, 2022.

Sushant along with the flats even got three car parks for the rented accommodation he had taken.

According to the agreement copy, the deposit paid by the actor was Rs 12.90 lakh and the area of the flat is 3,600 sq ft.

Only four days ago Sushant’s ex manager jumped to death in Mumbai.

The actor has been seen in various movies, starting from Kai Po Che, to a biopic on cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

What’s is shocking that an actor who wanted to reside in a sea facing apartment till the end of 2020, is gone in such. tragic way.
