<p>In a major expansion move in the NCR market, <strong>Godrej Properties Ltd.</strong> (BSE: GODREJPROP) has acquired an 11.36-acre land parcel in Sector 63A, Gurugram, for residential development. The project is expected to generate an estimated <strong>revenue potential exceeding ₹4,500 crore</strong>.</p>



<p>The acquisition has been completed through an outright purchase and will comprise a mix of <strong>premium low-rise and high-rise residences</strong>, along with lifestyle amenities targeting upper mid-income and premium homebuyers.</p>
