The two luxury apartments, each valued at Rs 65 crore, were registered in November and December 2024. The properties include premium amenities such as ample parking spaces and expansive living areas. Sanghvi, a female buyer, availed a 1 percent stamp duty concession on both deals, with a total stamp duty of Rs 6.50 crore paid for the transactions.
