Bollywood film producer Sunaina Rakesh Roshan, sister of actor Hrithik Roshan, has purchased two commercial units worth ₹6.42 crore in Andheri East, one of Mumbai’s busiest business hubs. The deals were registered in November 2025, according to property documents accessed on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) and reviewed by Square Yards.

Both properties are located in the same commercial tower, Vaidya West World One Aeropolis, a modern office complex known for its strategic positioning near key corporate zones.

Elon Musk’s Starlink Satellite Communications Private Limited has inked its first major real estate deal in India, leasing a premium office space in Mumbai’s bustling Chandivali suburb. This move signals the company’s accelerating push into the world’s second-largest internet market, just as regulatory approvals for its high-speed satellite broadband services near completion. The lease, detailed in freshly registered property documents, positions Mumbai as Starlink’s operational nerve center amid plans to deploy gateway earth stations across the country.

Deal Highlights: A Ground-Floor Gateway to Growth

The five-year lease agreement, executed on October 14, 2025, covers a compact yet strategically located 1,294 square feet carpet area office on the ground floor of the Boomerang commercial complex. Owned by Mumbai-based property holder Nikunj Sheth and developed by Kanakia Spaces Realty Pvt Ltd, the space is tailored for Starlink’s “Permitted Business” – encompassing office operations, contact center setup, and regulatory-compliant satellite communications activities.

In December 2020, when Janhvi Kapoor had bought her Juhu house spread over three floors, she made headlines. The reason being at the age of 23, she became one of the youngest celebrity to pay a whooping Rs 39 crore for a house. Now at the age of 25, she has sold the same house for Rs 43.87 Crore, thus ending up gaining a profit of Rs 4.87 crore.

Janhvi Kapoor on December 7, 2020 had bought the triplex. The flat is spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya in Juhu, surrounded with schools and greenery. The building is located on one of the corners of the Hatkesh Society within the JVPD scheme.

So whom, did she sell this triplex? The new owners of the flat are a husband and wife duo and both of them are celebrities too. Rajkumar Yadav (Rajkummar Rao) and his wife Patralekha Misra Paul bought the home from Janhvi Kapoor by paying a whopping Rs 43.87 crore.

The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com is 3,456 area. The new owners will have access to six car parks in the building.

According to the registration documents the deal between Janhvi and Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekha was finalised on March 31, 2022, but was registered on July 21, 2022.

A stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crore was paid by the new owners for the registration of the home. When Janhvi had bought the home, she has paid a stamp duty of Rs 78 lakh. The reason for this huge difference in stamp duty was the state government between September 2020 to December 2020 had announced a 3% concession in stamp duty.

The registration document mentions the current address of Rajkummar and Patralekha as the 11th and 12th floor of the same building Araya. While Janhvi’s address is that of Lokhandwala complex/

A detailed message sent to representative of Janhvi Kapoor seeking her comment got us no response, similarly attempts to contact Rajkummar Rao were futile.

According to a source aware of the deal, the deal is as per the ongoing prices in the area and the building a stand alone is located on a corner.

Bollywood’s Khiladi, actor Akshay Kumar paid a whopping ₹7.84 crore for an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar are.

Khar is considered as the twin of Bandra, the queen of suburbs.

According to registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, Actor Akshay Kumar bought an apartment in Khar West’s Joy legend building for ₹7.84 crore.

“The total registered area is 200.58 sq meters (2155 sq ft), this includes, RERA carpet area of 1878 sq ft, plus a dry area of 29 sq ft and a duct area of 55 sq ft,” reads the document, accessed by SquareFeatIndia.

Akshay’s apartment is located on the 19th floor of the building and he will have access to 4 car parks too.

Akshay paid a stamp duty of ₹39.24 lakh, the ready reckoner rate of the apartment stood at ₹7.22 Crore.

The deal was signed on January 7, 2022.

Just before his marriage with Katrina Kaif, actor Vicky Kaushal rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal building for ₹8 lakh per month.

Actor Hrithik Roshan bought three floors in the building Vartamaan, in 2020, measuring 38,000 sqft for ₹97.50 crore.

Even Bhushan Kumar of T-Series had bought a bungalow in Juhu. He had paid ₹167.5 crore for a 6,700 sqft villa at Vasanta Theosophical CHS in Juhu.
