Owned by Mumbai-based property holder Nikunj Sheth and developed by Kanakia Spaces Realty Pvt Ltd, the space is tailored for Starlink’s “Permitted Business” – encompassing office operations, contact center setup, and regulatory-compliant satellite communications activities.</p>

<p>The lease commences immediately, with handover of “Minimum Handover Specifications” – including fully functional HVAC, electrical systems, and basic fit-outs – already completed. Starlink retains rights to modifications, renovations, and internal signage (subject to building approval), ensuring the space evolves into a dedicated hub for its satellite operations.</p>

<p>This Chandivali outpost marks Starlink’s physical foothold in India, aligning with broader infrastructure ambitions. The company plans to erect nine gateway earth stations – critical for relaying satellite signals to ground users – in key cities including Mumbai, Noida, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Lucknow. <p>Interior designer and entrepreneur Sussanne Khan has leased a residential property in the upscale Jogeshwari West area of Mumbai for a monthly rent of Rs. 2.37 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.</p>



<p>The property is located in the Agarwal Ind Estate, a ready-to-move-in development in the prime locality. The apartment spans 2,329 sq. ft (approximately 216.37 sq. m) and is situated in close proximity to prominent neighborhoods such as Andheri, Juhu, Goregaon, and Vile Parle. Jogeshwari West’s strategic location offers easy access to key business hubs, including SEZs, IT parks, and industrial zones, making it an attractive area for both professionals and businesses.</p>



<p>The lease agreement was formalized with a stamp duty payment of Rs. 13,500 and registration charges of Rs. 1,000. The transaction was officially registered in December 2024.</p>



<p>Sussanne Khan, who is also the ex-wife of actor Hrithik Roshan, is known for her work as the founder of The Charcoal Project, a luxury interior design firm that caters to a global clientele.</p>

<p>In December 2020, when Janhvi Kapoor had bought her Juhu house spread over three floors, she made headlines. The reason being at the age of 23, she became one of the youngest celebrity to pay a whooping Rs 39 crore for a house. Now at the age of 25, she has sold the same house for Rs 43.87 Crore, thus ending up gaining a profit of Rs 4.87 crore.</p>

<p>Janhvi Kapoor on December 7, 2020 had bought the triplex. The flat is spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya in Juhu, surrounded with schools and greenery. The building is located on one of the corners of the Hatkesh Society within the JVPD scheme.</p>



<p>So whom, did she sell this triplex? The new owners of the flat are a husband and wife duo and both of them are celebrities too. Rajkumar Yadav (Rajkummar Rao) and his wife Patralekha Misra Paul bought the home from Janhvi Kapoor by paying a whopping Rs 43.87 crore.</p>

<p>The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com is 3,456 area. The new owners will have access to six car parks in the building.</p>



<p>According to the registration documents the deal between Janhvi and Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekha was finalised on March 31, 2022, but was registered on July 21, 2022.</p>



<p>A stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crore was paid by the new owners for the registration of the home. When Janhvi had bought the home, she has paid a stamp duty of Rs 78 lakh. The reason for this huge difference in stamp duty was the state government between September 2020 to December 2020 had announced a 3% concession in stamp duty.</p>



<p>The registration document mentions the current address of Rajkummar and Patralekha as the 11th and 12th floor of the same building Araya. While Janhvi’s address is that of Lokhandwala complex/</p>



<p>A detailed message sent to representative of Janhvi Kapoor seeking her comment got us no response, similarly attempts to contact Rajkummar Rao were futile.</p>



<p>According to a source aware of the deal, the deal is as per the ongoing prices in the area and the building a stand alone is located on a corner. </p>



<p><strong>Previous celebrity deals<br></strong>Actor Ranveer Singh in July paid Rs 119 crore for a home in Bandra’s Sagar Resham building on Bandstand, Singh’s Quadraplex is spread over 11,266 sq.ft. and there’s a terrace which measures 1,300 sq.ft.</p>



<p>Actor Akshay Kumar paid Rs 7.84 crore for an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar area, the apartment is located in Joy Legend building. Kumar’s flat is spread over 2155 sq.ft. The deal was signed by the actor on January 2022</p>



<p>Kajol Devgn bought two flats measuring around 2126 sq.ft. in Juhu’s Ananya building for Rs 11.95 crore. This deal was signed in January 2022</p>



<p>In January 2022, Raj Kundra transferred five flats Worth Rs 38.5 Crore to Shilpa Shetty.</p>



<p>Just before his marriage with Katrina Kaif, actor Vicky Kaushal rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal building for ₹8 lakh per month.</p>

<p>Akshay Kumar, also known as the khiladi of Bollywood earlier this month paid ₹7.84 crore for an apartment in Khar.</p>

<p>Bollywood’s Khiladi, actor Akshay Kumar paid a whopping ₹7.84 crore for an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar are.</p>



<p>Khar is considered as the twin of Bandra, the queen of suburbs.</p>



<p>According to registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, Actor Akshay Kumar bought an apartment in Khar West’s Joy legend building for ₹7.84 crore.</p>

<p>“The total <a href="http://Igrmaharashtra.gov.in" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">registered</a> area is 200.58 sq meters (2155 sq ft), this includes, RERA carpet area of 1878 sq ft, plus a dry area of 29 sq ft and a duct area of 55 sq ft,” reads the document, accessed by SquareFeatIndia.</p>



<p>Akshay’s apartment is located on the 19th floor of the building and he will have access to 4 car parks too.</p>



<p>Akshay paid a stamp duty of ₹39.24 lakh, the ready reckoner rate of the apartment stood at ₹7.22 Crore.</p>



<p>The deal was signed on January 7, 2022.</p>



<p>Many celebrities have been in news these days concerning real estate.</p>



<p>Just before his marriage with Katrina Kaif, actor Vicky Kaushal rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal building for ₹8 lakh per month.</p>



<p>Actor Hrithik Roshan bought three floors in the building Vartamaan, in 2020, measuring 38,000 sqft for ₹97.50 crore.</p>



<p>Even Bhushan Kumar of T-Series had bought a bungalow in Juhu. He had paid ₹167.5 crore for a 6,700 sqft villa at Vasanta Theosophical CHS in Juhu.</p>



<p>Even Ajay Devgan, bought a bungalow in Juhu for ₹47.50 crore in the end of the year 2020.</p>
