Indian REITs Deliver 6-7% Yields, Outperforming Global Peers; Market Cap to Hit $25 Bn by 2030

A joint report by ANAROCK and CREDAI projects the sector’s market cap to grow from $18 billion to over $25 billion by 2030, driven by diversification into high-demand assets like logistics and data centres.
