The property that they have sold is located on the first floor of Green Acres CHSL, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai.

According to documents the four flats were registered on two different dates, firstly the flat numbers 101 and 102 were sold on November 2, 2023. These flats were sold for Rs 6.02 crore.

The buyer of these two flats are Siddharth Narayan and Anju Narayan. The Total Built up Area of these two flats is 1870.57 sft (935.28 sft + 935.28 sft) Car parking spaces: 1 (open)

The second deal was carried out on October 12, 2023, and the flat numbers are 103 & 104, 1st Floor. According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey, the buyer of these two flats are Muskan Bahirwani & Lalit Bahirwani.

The total Total Built up Area of these two flats is 1614.59 sft (810.31 sft + 804.28 sft) the new owners will also have access to Car parking spaces: 2 (open).

In the last three years this would be the fourth real estate deal concerning actor Janhvi Kapoor. Janhvi the daughter of late Sridevi and Boney Kapoor in December 2020, bought an apartment in Juhu for Rs 39 crore, she then in March 2022, finalised its sale to actor Rajkummar Rao for Rs 44 crore.

In the last two years this would be the third real estate deal concerning actor Janhvi Kapoor. Janhvi the daughter of late Sridevi and Boney Kapoor in December 2020, bought an apartment in Juhu for Rs 39 crore, she then in March 2022, finalised its sale to actor Rajkummar Rao for Rs 44 crore.

Now once again Janhvi Kapoor has bought an apartment, this time she along with her sister Khushi Kapoor and father Boney Kapoor bought a duplex for Rs 65 crore in Bandra.

The duplex comprises of apartment no. 101 and 201, 1st and 2nd Floor, in Kubelisque Building, on Pali Hill, Union Park Road, Bandra West.

Documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by Indextap.com, reveal that the deal was signed in October 2022. The building received its occupation certificate way back in the year 2002.

The seller of the duplex is Kintu Bajaj, the entire deal consists of a duplex also referred as a bungalow in the documents spread over a carpet area of 6421 sq ft, the built-up area of the duplex is 8669 sq ft. Along with the apartment Janhvi and her family will also have an access to an open garden area, swimming pool and five car park.

If one calculates the per sq ft rate on carpet area for this deal it goes to Rs 1.01 lakh. A stamp duty of Rs 3.90 crore was paid for the registration of the duplex.

The permanent address of Kapoor is that of Green Acres, Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri. According to the documents, the Kapoors will also have 15.20 per cent undivided rights, title and interest in the land and the common areas and facilities of the building, appurtenant to the apartment.

A detailed message sent to Boney Kapoor didn’t get us any response, when called his assistant said Boney Kapoor will revert. We will update the copy, if he responds.

Only in December 2020, Janhvi Kapoor had bought a triplex for Rs 39 crore in the building named Araya in Juhu. The flat that she bought was located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building, in JVPD Scheme.

She then in March 2022, finalised and registered the sale agreement in July 2022, where she sold the apartment to Rajkumar Yadav (Rajkummar Rao) and his wife Patralekha Misra Paul. Rao and his wife had bought the home from Janhvi Kapoor by paying a whopping Rs 43.87 crore.

Bandra in the last few days saw some big ticket deals, this includes the home that Mahabharat serial fame BR Chopra’s Daughter-in-law Renu Chopra bought for Rs 1.51 lakh per sq ft. The flat that Chopra bought is located on the 11th Floor, of the building named Artveda, Pali Mala Road, Colonial Dogri Road, Bandra west. The total consideration paid by Chopra for this flat is Rs 47.89 crore and the area of the flat is 3,158 sq ft carpet area. This deal was registered in September.

Again in Bandra South Actor Prithviraj along with his wife bought a house on 16th Floor of building Parishram By Rustomjee, Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill, Bandra West. The actor paid Rs 17.75 crore for the flat measuring 2109 sq ft. this deal was signed in October this year.

In December 2020, when Janhvi Kapoor had bought her Juhu house spread over three floors, she made headlines. The reason being at the age of 23, she became one of the youngest celebrity to pay a whooping Rs 39 crore for a house. Now at the age of 25, she has sold the same house for Rs 43.87 Crore, thus ending up gaining a profit of Rs 4.87 crore.

Janhvi Kapoor on December 7, 2020 had bought the triplex. The flat is spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya in Juhu, surrounded with schools and greenery. The building is located on one of the corners of the Hatkesh Society within the JVPD scheme.

So whom, did she sell this triplex? The new owners of the flat are a husband and wife duo and both of them are celebrities too. Rajkumar Yadav (Rajkummar Rao) and his wife Patralekha Misra Paul bought the home from Janhvi Kapoor by paying a whopping Rs 43.87 crore.

The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com is 3,456 area. The new owners will have access to six car parks in the building.

According to the registration documents the deal between Janhvi and Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekha was finalised on March 31, 2022, but was registered on July 21, 2022.

A stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crore was paid by the new owners for the registration of the home. When Janhvi had bought the home, she has paid a stamp duty of Rs 78 lakh. The reason for this huge difference in stamp duty was the state government between September 2020 to December 2020 had announced a 3% concession in stamp duty.

The registration document mentions the current address of Rajkummar and Patralekha as the 11th and 12th floor of the same building Araya. While Janhvi’s address is that of Lokhandwala complex/

A detailed message sent to representative of Janhvi Kapoor seeking her comment got us no response, similarly attempts to contact Rajkummar Rao were futile.

According to a source aware of the deal, the deal is as per the ongoing prices in the area and the building a stand alone is located on a corner.

Actor Abhishek Bachchan sold off his Worli home on August 10, 2021.

He had bought this house on November 11, 2014.

Abhishek Bachchan sold the house for Rs 45.75 crore, he had bought it for Rs 41.14 crore.

The flat is located on the 37th floor (21st Habitable floor) of the Tower B of Worli’s 360 West.

According to the documents accessed by Squarefeatindia provided by Zapkey.com the paper work was carried out on August 9, while the registration was done on August 10. 
Stamp duty of Rs 2.28 crore was paid for the registration.

The new owner will also have access to four car parks in the building.

The flat measures 7527 square feet. Abhishek Bachchan’s buy in 2014 had made headlines too.

Bollywood actor Rani Mukherjee and Disha Patani have bought flats worth crores of rupees in Mumbai. The flats are located in Mumbai’s Khar area.

Both Rani as well as Disha carried out the documentation related to their real estate purchase on March 31, 2021. Rani registered her flat on July 15, and Disha registered the flat on June 16.

The flat that Rani Mukherjee bought is located on 22nd floor of the E wing of the building Rustomjee Paramount.

Disha bought the flat on the 16th floor of the F wing of the same building.

According to documents provided by Zapkey, the flat that Rani Mukherjee bought measures 1485 square feet carpet, while that of Disha Patani measures 1119.59 square feet.

Both the actors even have got access to two car parks each along with the flats.

Rani Mukherjee paid Rs 7.12 crore for the flat, the stamp duty for the flat is Rs 21.37 lakh.

Disha Patani paid Rs 5.95 crore for her flat, and the stamp duty for this apartment was Rs 17.85 lakh.

Just a few days ago, actor Priyanka Chopra sold two of her flats in Versova’s Raj Classic building for Rs 7 crore.

Read it right, actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas sold her Mumbai house. The two apartments that she sold were located in Versova.

According to documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey, the two deals were registered on March 26, 2021.

The two flats sold are on the seventh floor of the building named Raj Classic located in Versova.

The first flat sold by Priyanka Chopra measures 888 sqft and was sold for Rs 3 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 9 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The second flat sold by the actor measures 1219 sqft and was sold for Rs 4 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 12 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The total amount that Priyanka carried the sale of the flats for is Rs 7 crore. According to Zapkey, Priyanka in February 2020, had sold her another flat in Karan Apartment, Lokhandwala, Andheri, for Rs 2 crore.

Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra carried out the transactions on behalf of the actor.

Incidentally in June 2017, Madhuri Dixit Nene had sold her two apartments in the same building that of Priyanka’s for Rs 8.18 crore.

Apoorva Mehta, Chief Executive Officer of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions in December 2020, bought a 2,691 sq ft luxury apartment.

Apoorva’s flat is in a a luxury tower in Khar’s Union Park area of Mumbai and he paid for Rs 24.60 crore.

The per square feet rate of the flat is Rs 94,400 and is one of the priciest transactions in Western Sububrs, especially between the Bandra to Juhu belt.

Apoorva Mehta’s flat that he registered on December 24, 2020 is in the apartment The Residency, according to reports, it is the same building where Karan Johar also owns a penthouse.

Apoorva Mehta purchased the apartment from the Bandra’s famous developer Sameer Bhojwani. He paid a stamp duty of Rs 49.20 lakh.

Along with the flat located on the sixth floor of the building, he will get access to two stilt car parking slots.

Last year in October, actor Hrithik Roshan bought luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Versova Link Road for Rs 97.50 crore. Actress Alia Bhat had purchased a house in Bandra’s Pali Hill for Rs 32 crore.
