The documentation and registration was carried out on July 11.
Stamp Duty paid is Rs 41 lakh.

Amitabh Bachchan, bought four offices on the 21st floor of the building, these are unit no 2101, 2102, 2103 and 2104. He paid Rs 7.18 crore for each totaling it Rs 28.72 crore.
Each unit measures 194.67 sq mts, thus the four unit total to 778.56 sq mts
The documentation was carried out on August 2, whereas the registration was carried out on September 1
Amitabh paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.72 crore
Total 12 designated car parks
Seller for the units of Amitabh is Veer Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd.

In December 2020, when Janhvi Kapoor had bought her Juhu house spread over three floors, she made headlines. The reason being at the age of 23, she became one of the youngest celebrity to pay a whooping Rs 39 crore for a house. Now at the age of 25, she has sold the same house for Rs 43.87 Crore, thus ending up gaining a profit of Rs 4.87 crore.

Janhvi Kapoor on December 7, 2020 had bought the triplex. The flat is spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya in Juhu, surrounded with schools and greenery. The building is located on one of the corners of the Hatkesh Society within the JVPD scheme.

So whom, did she sell this triplex? The new owners of the flat are a husband and wife duo and both of them are celebrities too. Rajkumar Yadav (Rajkummar Rao) and his wife Patralekha Misra Paul bought the home from Janhvi Kapoor by paying a whopping Rs 43.87 crore.

The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com is 3,456 area. The new owners will have access to six car parks in the building.

According to the registration documents the deal between Janhvi and Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekha was finalised on March 31, 2022, but was registered on July 21, 2022.

A stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crore was paid by the new owners for the registration of the home. When Janhvi had bought the home, she has paid a stamp duty of Rs 78 lakh. The reason for this huge difference in stamp duty was the state government between September 2020 to December 2020 had announced a 3% concession in stamp duty.

The registration document mentions the current address of Rajkummar and Patralekha as the 11th and 12th floor of the same building Araya. While Janhvi’s address is that of Lokhandwala complex/

A detailed message sent to representative of Janhvi Kapoor seeking her comment got us no response, similarly attempts to contact Rajkummar Rao were futile.

According to a source aware of the deal, the deal is as per the ongoing prices in the area and the building a stand alone is located on a corner.

The total plot area of the house is 3,278 sq.mtrs whereas the constructed area is 2,290 sq.mtrs.

A stamp duty of Rs 10.96 crore was paid for the registrations of the deal.

A detailed message sent to Renu Chopra seeking her comment on the real estate deal got us no response.

Akshay’s apartment is located on the 19th floor of the building and he will have access to 4 car parks too. Akshay paid a stamp duty of ₹39.24 lakh, the ready reckoner rate of the apartment stood at ₹7.22 Crore. The deal was signed on January 7, 2022.

Shilpa Shetty got a flats worth crores as a gift from her husband Raj Kundra
Raj Kundra who has been in news for various reasons including his stay behind the bars, is once again making headlines. This time for transferring five flats costing Rs 38.5 Crore to his wife Shilpa Shetty. Shilpa Shetty Kundra got transferred five flats worth Rs 38.5 crore from her husband Ripu Sudan Kundra alias Raj Kundra in Juhu. According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, the five flats are located in the building named Ocean View in Juhu. The flats are 101, 102, 103, 104 and 105. Along with the apartments Shilpa Shetty got transferred on her name the entire stilt car parking. The total area mentioned in the registration documents is 557.12 square meters, which translates into 5,996.84 square feet. Documents reveal that Ripu Sudan Kundra aged 46 transferred the five flats to Shilpa Shetty Kundra aged 46, on January 24, 2022. The documentation regarding the transfer was carried out on January 21, 2022. A stamp duty of Rs 1.92 crore was paid for the transfer of the property, according to documents, the ready reckoner market rate of the property stands at Rs 25.33 crore, which is almost Rs 13 crore less than at which Shilpa got it transferred from her husband Raj Kundra. The documents also reveal that the address of both Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty are the same premises which now has been transferred by the husband to the wife for a consideration of Rs 38.5 crore.

Kajol Devgan bought two flats in Juhu
Kajol bought two flats in Juhu, these two flats are located on the 10th floor of the building, she paid Rs 11.95 Crore for both the flats. Both the flats are located on the tenth floor of the building. The building in which these two apartments have been bought by Kajol is named Ananya. The building is on the same NS Road of Juhu, where Kajol currently resides in her bungalow Shiv Shakti. According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com the deal has been signed between Tryksha Projects private ltd and Kajol Vishal Devgan. Of the two flats the first flat measures 101.67 square meters built-up, which translates into 1092 square feet the RERA carpet of this apartment is 994.59 square feet for which a total amount of Rs 5.86 crore was paid. For this flat the ready reckoner rate mentioned in the document is Rs 4.26 crore. A stamp duty of Rs 29.32 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment. For the second apartment a total amount of Rs 6.09 crore was paid by Kajol whereas the total built-up area of the apartment is 105.77 square meters, which translates into 1157.75 square feet. The RERA carpet of this apartment is 1034.64 square feet and the stamp duty paid for the registration of this apartment is Rs 30.45 lakh. Thus taking the total carpet area to 2029 square feet and the consideration amount to Rs 11.95 crore. The documentation of both the apartment was carried out on January 12, whereas the registration was carried out on January 13.

Actor Ajay Devgan was in news recently for his expensive real estate purchase. There were reports that the actor paid Rs 60 crore for a sprawling bungalow in Mumbai’s Juhu area.

However, documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey.com show that the actual figure is different from what was reported earlier.

Ajay Devgan according to the registration documents carried out the paperwork related to the bungalow on December 29, 2020, and the transfer deed was registered on December 30, 2020.

The plot that Ajay Devgan purchased is located in Kapol Cooperative Housing Society, JVPD, Juhu. The buyers are the actor with the name Vishal alias Ajay Virendra Devgan and his mother Veena Virendra Devgan.

While several reports mentioned that the actor has paid Rs 60 crore for the bungalow, documents reveal that he paid Rs 47.5 crore for it.

The plot area measures 474.4 square meters and has a constructed area of 6,500 square feet (carpet). He even paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.37 crore for the registration of the property.

Not only this, but the actor also registered a loan document that he borrowed from a bank on April 27, 2021. The loan amount is Rs 18.75 crore.

A detailed message sent to Devgan via email elicited no response.

Celebrities in the last few days have spent a huge amount of money to buy properties in Mumbai.

Amitabh Bachchan shelled out Rs 31 crore for a duplex in Andheri.
