<p>Vibe Realty Private Limited (Vibe Realty), a realty venture today announced that it has successfully acquired four projects across the Western Suburbs of Mumbai, namely, Khar West, Bandra East, Goregaon West, and Andheri East. This marks Vibe Realty’s strong entry into the real estate development segment with three residential redevelopment projects and one commercial project estimated to have a cumulative development potential of 1.5 million square feet, sales potential of 0.9 million square feet and revenue potential of Rs. 1,500 crores.</p>



<p>These projects are slated to be launched in the subsequent quarters starting Q4 FY23. In addition, Vibe Realty targets maintaining the growth momentum as a real estate developer by looking to add 3-4 projects under redevelopment, outright purchase, and JV/JD structures in prime locations across Mumbai and Pune in the next 12-15 months.  </p>



<p>Over the last one year, since launching operations as a development company in the sector, Vibe Realty has established strong brand equity as a highly credible partner to landowners and housing societies. <p>Omkar Shirhatti, Co-founder of Karza Technologies has bought Duplex having area 6.8k sqft in Wadhwa Samarpan, Khar west for 47.7 Crore</p>

<p>Omkar Shirhatti who co founded Karza Technologies recently invested in Mumbai’s real estate. </p>



<p>Omlar bought a duplex in Carter Road, which is often referred as Bandra but falls in Khar. </p>



<p>The duplex bought by Omkar is located on the 1st Floor, Samarpan Building, Off Carter Road, Khar West and according to documents provided by<a href="http://indextap.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> <strong>Indextap.com</strong></a>, the deal was signed on July 25. </p>



<p>The seller of the duplex is Raghuleela Estates Pvt. Limited, the consideration paid by Omkar is Rs 47.7 crore. </p>



<p>The address that of Omkar in the documents revealed is that of Dombivali.</p>



<p>The total area of the duplex is 6,832 sq ft and he will have an access to three car parks in the building. </p>



<p>The stamp duty paid is Rs 2.86 crore for the registration of the apartment. </p>



<p>Recently Manoj H Modi, a close aide of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, sold two apartments in Mumbai’s Vivaria building for a total value of Rs 41.5 crore.</p>

<p>Celebrity real estate always makes a good read, the reason behind this is aspiration.</p>



<p>Everyone wants to know what their favourite actor has bought, may it be a car or a home. However, a realty deal does hold a lot of weight, because of the money and also the aspiration is arouses in the minds of commoners.</p>



<p>Buying a house a is a dream that everyone has, thus many a times people use the celebrity deals as a point of reference.</p>



<p>And when the home is worth a several crores of rupees and attaches a celebrity to it, the dream becomes more dear.</p>



<p>Today we will be discussing the three big celeb realty deals that made headlines.</p>



<p><strong>Lets start with Akshay Kumar,<br></strong>Akshay Kumar’s realty buy was a Khar flat for ₹7.84 Crore. Khar is considered as the twin of Bandra, the queen of suburbs. According to registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, Actor Akshay Kumar bought an apartment in Khar West’s Joy legend building for ₹7.84 crore. “The total registered area is 200.58 sq meters (2155 sq ft), this includes, RERA carpet area of 1878 sq ft, plus a dry area of 29 sq ft and a duct area of 55 sq ft,” reads the document, accessed by SquareFeatIndia. Akshay’s apartment is located on the 19th floor of the building and he will have access to 4 car parks too. Akshay paid a stamp duty of ₹39.24 lakh, the ready reckoner rate of the apartment stood at ₹7.22 Crore. The deal was signed on January 7, 2022.</p>

<p><strong>Shilpa Shetty got a flats worth crores as a gift from her husband Raj Kundra<br></strong>Raj Kundra who has been in news for various reasons including his stay behind the bars, is once again making headlines. This time for transferring five flats costing Rs 38.5 Crore to his wife Shilpa Shetty. Shilpa Shetty Kundra got transferred five flats worth Rs 38.5 crore from her husband Ripu Sudan Kundra alias Raj Kundra in Juhu. According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, the five flats are located in the building named Ocean View in Juhu. The flats are 101, 102, 103, 104 and 105. Along with the apartments Shilpa Shetty got transferred on her name the entire stilt car parking. The total area mentioned in the registration documents is 557.12 square meters, which translates into 5,996.84 square feet. Documents reveal that Ripu Sudan Kundra aged 46 transferred the five flats to Shilpa Shetty Kundra aged 46, on January 24, 2022. The documentation regarding the transfer was carried out on January 21, 2022. A stamp duty of Rs 1.92 crore was paid for the transfer of the property, according to documents, the ready reckoner market rate of the property stands at Rs 25.33 crore, which is almost Rs 13 crore less than at which Shilpa got it transferred from her husband Raj Kundra. The documents also reveal that the address of both Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty are the same premises which now has been transferred by the husband to the wife for a consideration of Rs 38.5 crore.</p>

<p><strong>Kajol Devgan bought two flats in Juhu<br></strong><a href="http://hindustantimes.com/entertainment/bollywood/kajol-buys-two-10th-floor-apartments-in-mumbai-s-juhu-for-rs-11-95-crore-report-101645069212588.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Kajol </a>bought two flats in Juhu, these two flats are located on the 10th floor of the building, she paid Rs 11.95 Crore for both the flats. Both the flats are located on the tenth floor of the building. The building in which these two apartments have been bought by Kajol is named Ananya. The building is on the same NS Road of Juhu, where Kajol currently resides in her bungalow Shiv Shakti. According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com the deal has been signed between Tryksha Projects private ltd and Kajol Vishal Devgan. Of the two flats the first flat measures 101.67 square meters built-up, which translates into 1092 square feet the RERA carpet of this apartment is 994.59 square feet for which a total amount of Rs 5.86 crore was paid. For this flat the ready reckoner rate mentioned in the document is Rs 4.26 crore. A stamp duty of Rs 29.32 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment. For the second apartment a total amount of Rs 6.09 crore was paid by Kajol whereas the total built-up area of the apartment is 105.77 square meters, which translates into 1157.75 square feet. The RERA carpet of this apartment is 1034.64 square feet and the stamp duty paid for the registration of this apartment is Rs 30.45 lakh. Thus taking the total carpet area to 2029 square feet and the consideration amount to Rs 11.95 crore. The documentation of both the apartment was carried out on January 12, whereas the registration was carried out on January 13.</p>

<p>Bollywood’s Khiladi, actor Akshay Kumar paid a whopping ₹7.84 crore for an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar are.</p>



<p>Khar is considered as the twin of Bandra, the queen of suburbs.</p>



<p>According to registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, Actor Akshay Kumar bought an apartment in Khar West’s Joy legend building for ₹7.84 crore.</p>

<p>Just before his marriage with Katrina Kaif, actor Vicky Kaushal rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal building for ₹8 lakh per month.</p>



<p>Actor Hrithik Roshan bought three floors in the building Vartamaan, in 2020, measuring 38,000 sqft for ₹97.50 crore.</p>



<p>Even Bhushan Kumar of T-Series had bought a bungalow in Juhu. He had paid ₹167.5 crore for a 6,700 sqft villa at Vasanta Theosophical CHS in Juhu.</p>



<p>Even Ajay Devgan, bought a bungalow in Juhu for ₹47.50 crore in the end of the year 2020.</p>

<p>Rani Mukherjee and Disha Patani both actors from the Bollywood industry recently bought flats worth crores in Mumbai.</p>

<p>Bollywood actor Rani Mukherjee and Disha Patani have bought flats worth crores of rupees in Mumbai. The flats are located in Mumbai’s Khar area.</p>



<p>Both Rani as well as Disha carried out the documentation related to their real estate purchase on March 31, 2021. Rani registered her flat on July 15, and Disha registered the flat on June 16.</p>



<p>The flat that Rani Mukherjee bought is located on 22nd floor of the E wing of the building Rustomjee Paramount.</p>

<p>Disha bought the flat on the 16th floor of the F wing of the same building.</p>



<p>According to documents provided by <a href="http://zapkey.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zapkey</a>, the flat that Rani Mukherjee bought measures 1485 square feet carpet, while that of Disha Patani measures 1119.59 square feet.</p>



<p>Both the actors even have got access to two car parks each along with the flats.</p>



<p>Rani Mukherjee paid Rs 7.12 crore for the flat, the stamp duty for the flat is Rs 21.37 lakh.</p>



<p>Disha Patani paid Rs 5.95 crore for her flat, and the stamp duty for this apartment was Rs 17.85 lakh.</p>



<p>Just a few days ago, actor Priyanka Chopra sold two of her flats in Versova’s Raj Classic building for Rs 7 crore.</p>



<p><strong>Other Celebrity Deals<br></strong>Ajay Devgan bought a bungalow in Juhu for Rs 47.5 crore.</p>



<p>Amitabh Bachchan paid Rs 31 crore for a duplex in Andheri.</p>



<p>Sunny Leone bought a flat in the same building that of Amitabh Bachchan for Rs 16 crore</p>



<p>Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor paid Rs 39 crore for an apartment in Juhu</p>

<p>Apoorva Mehta, Chief Executive Officer of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions has bought a 2,691 luxury apartment in Khar’s Union Park for Rs 24.60 crore.</p>

<p>Apoorva Mehta, Chief Executive Officer of Karan Johar’s <a href="https://dharma-production.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Dharma Productions</a> in December 2020, bought a 2,691 sq ft  luxury apartment.</p>



<p>Apoorva’s flat is in a a luxury tower in Khar’s Union Park area of Mumbai and he paid for Rs 24.60 crore.</p>



<p>The per square feet rate of the flat is Rs 94,400 and is one of the priciest transactions in Western Sububrs, especially between the Bandra to Juhu belt.</p>



<p>Apoorva Mehta’s flat that he registered on December 24, 2020 is in the apartment The Residency, according to reports, it is the same building where Karan Johar also owns a penthouse.</p>



<p>Apoorva Mehta purchased the apartment from the Bandra’s famous developer Sameer Bhojwani. He paid a stamp duty of Rs 49.20 lakh.</p>



<p>Along with the flat located on the sixth floor of the building, he will get access to two stilt car parking slots.</p>



<p>Last year in October, actor Hrithik Roshan bought luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Versova Link Road for Rs 97.50 crore. Actress Alia Bhat had purchased a house in Bandra’s Pali Hill for Rs 32 crore.</p>



<p>In December, Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor bought a triplex in Juhu for Rs 39 crore.</p>



<p>An email sent to Apoorva seeking his response got us no reply. </p>

<p>After action on Kangana Ranaut’s bungalow in Bandra by BMC, her another property located in Khar also came into focus. Here’s all about Kangana’s Khar property that you should know.</p>

<p>As the day progressed on Wednesday, the focus from Kangana Ranaut’s Bandra bungalow, shifted to her Khar residence. </p>



<p>The Bandra bungalow of the actor saw a demolition by the BMC for alleged illegal alterations.</p>

<p>However, as the day passed, the focus shifted towards her residence in Khar.</p>



<p>All this after some misleading tweets came out on social media that, Kangana was issued a notice by the BMC in 2018. </p>



<p>The truth is yes there was a notice issued in 2018 by BMC but not for the bungalow where demolition was carried out. </p>



<p>Instead it was for her Khar residence. </p>



<p>So what is the entire buzz about Kangana’s Khar property? SquareFeatIndia has all the details of this flat. </p>



<p>Kangana on March 8, 2013 bought three flats in the building named Orchid Breeze, located at the junction of 16th and 18th road in Khar. </p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">The three flats are 501, 502 and 503, she paid Rs 5.50 crore Rs 5.25 crore and Rs 3.25 crore for each respectively.</h4>



<p>The total amount shelled by the actor was Rs 14 crore for the total area of close to 2,357 square feet.</p>



<p>She bought all the three flats from a firm named Heritage Enbuild Pvt Ltd and paid Rs 70 lakh as stamp duty then.</p>



<p>Heritage Enbuild Pvt Ltd had bought these flats from Nihar Constructions Pvt Ltd on September 29, 2011. </p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">The total value paid by Heritage to Nihar in 2011 was Rs 9 crore for the three flats.</h4>



<p>A real estate broker from Bandra aware about the deals said, “Kangana was not the first buyer of these flats. She use to stay in Santacruz before she shifted to Khar.” </p>



<p>This building has flats of Parineeti Chopra, Genelia D’souza, Tajdar Amrohi and other bigwigs.</p>



<p>The 2018 BMC notice issued to the occupant of the flat on fifth floor had stated several alleged unauthorized developments.</p>



<p>However, while talking about the 2018 notice Kangana took to <a href="https://twitter.com/KanganaTeam/status/1303712672131592198">Twitter</a> and said, “This (notice) was not just to me but to entire building and this is not my flat issue but a building issue which builder needs to deal with.”</p>
