The project is expected to offer a total developable area of around 2.5 million square feet, translating to an estimated revenue of ~INR 3,100 crore. Upper Kharadi, part of the fast-evolving Kharadi-Wagholi belt, has become a high-demand micro-market due to its strategic location and connectivity.
