<p>Gauri Khan, renowned interior designer, entrepreneur, and wife of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has sold her luxury residential property located in Dadar West, Mumbai, for ₹11.61 crore. The transaction, which was registered in March 2025, marks a significant appreciation of 37% from the purchase price of ₹8.5 crore in August 2022.</p>



<p>The property, situated in the upscale Kohinoor Altissimo residential project developed by Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Company Pvt Ltd, boasts a spacious built-up area of 184.42 sq. m. (1,985.04 sq. ft.) and a carpet area of 1,803.94 sq. ft. (167.55 sq. m.). The luxurious apartment also includes two car parking spaces.</p>



<p>According to the property registration documents available on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra, the deal incurred a security deposit of ₹27.16 lakh and registration charges amounting to ₹30,000.</p>

<p>The Central Suburbs of Mumbai have emerged as a key hotspot for real estate investments, with the region witnessing significant growth in both residential and commercial developments. <p>As per industry reports, the market share of the Central Suburbs increased from 29% to 31% in October 2024, reflecting a shift in buyer preferences towards these areas. The data shows that Central Suburbs recorded 1,18,537 property registrations during the first ten months of 2024, marking a 13% increase compared to 1,04,916 registrations in the same period of 2023.</p>

<p>Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone, along with her husband Ranveer Singh, has recently leased an apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Beau Monde Towers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd for a monthly rent of Rs 7 lakh. The apartment is located in Prabhadevi, a sought-after locality offering seamless connectivity to both the Western and Central suburbs, as well as major roadways like the Western Express Highway and the Worli-Bandra Sea Link. The area is well-known for housing the iconic Siddhivinayak Temple and is close to popular landmarks such as Dadar Beach and High Street Phoenix.</p>



<p>According to documents, accessed by Square Yards, the apartment rented by the couple spans a built-up area of 3,245 sq. ft. (~301.47 sq. m) with a carpet area of 2,319.50 sq. ft. (~215.49 sq. m), and comes with three dedicated car parking spaces. The lease agreement, which was registered in November 13, 2024, spans a tenure of 36 months. It includes an initial security deposit of Rs. 21 lakh and a tiered rental structure, with the monthly rent set at Rs. 7 lakh for the first 18 months, rising to Rs. 7.35 lakh for the remaining 18 months.</p>



<p>Deepika Padukone already owns a property in Beau Monde Towers, a luxury residential project by the Ashwin Sheth Group, which offers 2, 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments. This new rental property adds to her growing real estate portfolio, which also includes a premium apartment in Bandra and a spacious bungalow in Alibaug.</p>



<p>A global icon, Deepika Padukone continues to make waves both in India and internationally. She earned widespread acclaim for her role in <em>Pathaan</em>, which became a box office hit, and represented India as a presenter at the Oscars 2023. <p>Signature Global, has awarded a ₹1,203 crore construction contract for its premium residential project, Titanium SPR, located in Sector 71, Gurugram, to the renowned construction firm Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited.</p>



<p>Covering 14.382 acres, Titanium SPR will feature 608 residential units, including 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK configurations. Developed in two phases, the project boasts a total sales potential area of 3.7 million sq. ft. The first phase, encompassing 2.1 million sq. ft, was launched in June 2024 and has already achieved impressive pre-sales exceeding ₹2,700 crore.</p>



<p>Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Signature Global, expressed enthusiasm for the project, stating, “Titanium SPR exemplifies our commitment to providing premium living experiences. Despite being one of our first premium projects, it has received tremendous feedback from customers. <p>Strategically situated alongside the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram, Titanium SPR is designed to redefine premium living. The development will feature expansive 26- and 28-foot-long decks, a triple-height entrance lobby, and seven lagoon pools, all crafted by international architects including DPC from Singapore and MPFP from the USA.</p>



<p>Inspired by Singaporean architecture, Titanium SPR will comprise 40-story high-rise towers that offer stunning cityscape views, ensuring that no balconies overlook each other. The project will also include elevated green spaces, such as a sky garden on the 30th floor and a sky terrace on the 40th floor, providing serene retreats with panoramic vistas.</p>



<p>With over 55 exclusive amenities, residents can enjoy features like lagoon pools, sensory gardens, a Miyawaki forest, and state-of-the-art recreational facilities. The development will host Club Elevate, a 57,000 sq. ft community space featuring a double-height entry, multipurpose hall with pool views, fine dining options, a fully equipped gym, Zumba studio, spa and sauna, on-site salon, and co-working spaces, creating a resort-like atmosphere.</p>



<p>Located in one of the most promising areas of the National Capital Region, Signature Global holds prime land parcels in Sector 71, Gurugram, with a total developable potential of 17 million sq. ft.
