As per data accessed by Zapkey, the largest transaction in the year 2022 was a Rs 333 crore property in Juhu bought by Agarwal Holdings Private Limited (owned by promoters of pharmaceutical manufacturing company Macleods Pharmaceuticals). Agarwal Holdings Private Limited also purchased a property in Juhu, Mumbai for 87.75 crore in the year 2021. This however pales in comparison to the Rs 1,001 crore landmark transaction in 2021 where RK Damani (founder and CEO of DMart) bought an independent house in Malabar Hill.

In the year 2022, we have covered 11 transactions (9 in Mumbai and 2 in Delhi) that were above Rs 100 crore. These include:

The list shows 63 deals in the ticket size of Rs 50-100 crore of which 27 were in Mumbai, 16 in Delhi, 2 in Bangalore, and 1 in Pune. Most of the properties sold were independent houses (bungalows with land) except for Mumbai where most of the expensive homes were apartments.

Indian actor Prithviraj Sukumaran along with wife Supriya Menon has bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra area.

Prithviraj S is an Indian actor, director, producer, and primarily works in the Malyalam Cinema. His hindi film debut was with Rani Mukherjee in the movie Aiyyaa,

According to documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Indextap.com a firm that collates realty deal data from publicly available documents, the deal was registered on October 11.

Documents reveal that Prithviraj bought the house on 16th Floor of building Parishram By Rustomjee, Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill, Bandra West.

The seller is Keystone Realtors Limited, and the amount paid for the purchase of the house by Prithviraj is Rs 17.75 crore.

A stamp duty of Rs 1.06 crore was paid for the registration of the deal with the stamp duty office.

The total area of the apartment that the actor will have for himself and his family measures 2109 sq ft.

Along with the apartment, the owners of the flat will also have an access to three car parks in the building.

The actor’s current address show that he resides in Kochi district of Kerala.

Madhuri Dixit, known for her smile, her dance moves and her acting has recently invested ₹48 crore to buy a house in Worli.

Madhuri last year had moved in this building on rent and finally has bought a house in the same building but on a different floor.

The deal that we are referring here is a 5,384 sq ft, and the apartment is located on the 53rd floor of the building.

According to documents provided by Zapkey.com the building in which Madhuri Dixit bought the house id Indiabulls Blu, located in Lower Parel-Worli area of Mumbai.

Actually in the year 2021, the actor had rented an apartment in the same building for a period of 36 months. For the first 12 months the per month rent was Rs 12.5 lakh, for the next 12 months it is Rs 13.12 lakh and for the final 12 months it is Rs 13.78 lakh. The apartment she had rented was on the 29th floor of the building.

Coming back to this deal, Madhuri has paid a stamp duty of ₹2.4 crore for the registration that took place in September 28.

She along with her apartment in the high rise will also have an access to 7 car parks in the building.

The state government is running a scheme where any woman buying a house is provided a concession of 1% in stamp duty. Madhuri has also been given the same concessions.

Last week Kashmir Files director, Vivek Agnihotri paid ₹17.92 crore to buy a house in Versova. Agnihotri bought the flat along with his wife Pallavi Joshi.

Madhuri Shankar Dixit, known for her smile and dance moves is now paying a per month rent that many in Mumbai dream to be their annual salary.

Madhuri Shankar Dixit, on October 26, rented an apartment on the 29th floor of Tower C of Indiabulls Blu.

The apartment rented by Madhuri is for a period of 36 months.

The rent is different for every 12 months.

While I come to the rent that she’s paying, let’s talk about in details of the flats.

The flat as already informed is on the 29th floor of the building Indiabulls located in Lower Parel/Upper Worli area.

Along with the apartment, Madhuri will also have access to 5 covered car parking in the building.

According to the documents provided by Zapkey, the deposit for the apartment that she has rented is Rs 3 crore.

Now coming to the rent she’s paying per month.

So for the first 12 months the per month rent is Rs 12.5 lakh, for the next 12 months it is Rs 13.12 lakh and for the final 12 months it is Rs 13.78 lakh.

Now you must have understood why I said the per month rent is what many in Mumbai or India aspire that it would be their yearly salary.

The rent will escalate 5% every year and then landlord is Kajal Fabiani.

A detailed message sent to Madhuri Dixit seeking her response got us no response.

Before this in Worli in 2018, Virat Kohli had rented an apartment in Raheja Legend for a monthly rent of Rs 15 lakh per month.

In 2020 Hrithik Roshan rented an apartment in Juhu for Rs 8.25 lakh per month.

Read it right, actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas sold her Mumbai house. The two apartments that she sold were located in Versova.

According to documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey, the two deals were registered on March 26, 2021.

The two flats sold are on the seventh floor of the building named Raj Classic located in Versova.

The first flat sold by Priyanka Chopra measures 888 sqft and was sold for Rs 3 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 9 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The second flat sold by the actor measures 1219 sqft and was sold for Rs 4 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 12 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The total amount that Priyanka carried the sale of the flats for is Rs 7 crore. According to Zapkey, Priyanka in February 2020, had sold her another flat in Karan Apartment, Lokhandwala, Andheri, for Rs 2 crore.

Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra carried out the transactions on behalf of the actor.

Incidentally in June 2017, Madhuri Dixit Nene had sold her two apartments in the same building that of Priyanka’s for Rs 8.18 crore.
