Post-elections, a special campaign was launched to boost response to the first-come-first-serve sale of flats. This campaign has received an overwhelming response, with nearly 6,000 citizens visiting MHADA stalls for information. Of these, 301 individuals have already paid the sale price to purchase flats.

To provide applicants with more time to apply for the 2,264 flats, the deadline has been extended. Chief Officer Gaikar urged citizens to take advantage of this opportunity and participate in the lottery.
