The 1,904 sq. ft. property is located in Veer Signature, a commercial project by Veer Group. The transaction was registered in February 2025, with Leone paying ₹35.01 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration charges. The property, bought from producer Anand Pandit’s Aishwarya Property and Estates, includes three car parking spaces. Veer Signature has also attracted other Bollywood stars, including Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, and Kartik Aaryan.
