India’s warehousing absorption rebounded sharply by 64% in Q3 2025, with Mumbai contributing nearly half of the national demand and Kolkata recording its highest-ever quarterly leasing, according to Vestian.
India’s warehousing market absorbed 18.9 mn sq ft in H1 2025 while rentals remained stable between INR 18–31/sq ft/month. Pune led the pack with highest rents, but institutional investments saw a sharp 98% annual fall.
