The transaction was recorded on March 27, 2025, as per property documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, a data-driven home buying platform.

The luxurious apartment, located on the 61st floor of Tower A, boasts a massive 17,384 sq. ft. of usable space, making it one of the most significant residential deals in Mumbai’s prime real estate market. The property also includes the privilege of eight dedicated car parking spaces.

Everest Group’s Sanjeev Buys Worli Home For Rs 73.5 Cr

In a big ticket deal, Everest Group’s Sanjeev Vadilal Shah along with Malati Sanjeev Shah, bought a house in Worli by paying Rs 73.5 Crore.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, provided by Zapkey,com the deal was signed on October 30, this year.

The transfer deed, was signed between Oberoi Realty, and Sanjeev Vadilal Shah of the Everest Group (Everest Food Products) and Malati Sanjeev Shah.

The apartment is located on the 53rd floor of the tower B of Three Sixty West located in Worli.

The total carpet area is 6130 sq ft, there’s an additional area of 164 sq ft. The owners will have an access to 6 car parks, in the building.
