The property, located in the premium tower “Parishram by Rustomjee,” was allotted to Zinta under a Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement. The actress was an original member of the Pali Hill Parishram Premises Co-operative Housing Society, having owned a flat in the old building since 1999.

Following a redevelopment agreement between the society and developers (now Keystone Realtors/Rustomjee), the old structure was demolished to make way for the new luxury tower. Zinta was officially handed possession of her new 11th-floor suite on April 30, 2025, after the project received its occupancy certificate.

Property Layout and Amenities

The sold premises, identified as Flat No. 1101, features a spacious carpet area of 1,771 square feet (approximately 164.52 square meters). The deal also includes three dedicated car parking spaces (numbered 122, 123, and 130) situated at Podium Level 4 of the building.

Financial Details and New Owners

The apartment was purchased for a total consideration of ₹18.50 crore. The new owners are Mrs. Priya Rajeev Nagar and Mr. Rajeev Yogesh Nagar, both U.S. citizens of Indian origin. As part of the registration process, a substantial stamp duty of ₹1.11 crore was paid to the state treasury, along with a registration fee of ₹30,000.

This latest transaction follows a similar move by the actress in November of last year, when she sold another apartment located on the same floor of the “Parishram” building.

The flat that she sold measured 1675 square foot carpet area for a price of Rs 15.60 crore. this flat was on the second floor of the same building of which four flats, two belonging to Sanjay and two to Priya are put on sale as per the public notice.

Indian actor Prithviraj Sukumaran along with wife Supriya Menon has bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra area.

Prithviraj S is an Indian actor, director, producer, and primarily works in the Malyalam Cinema. His hindi film debut was with Rani Mukherjee in the movie Aiyyaa,

According to documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Indextap.com a firm that collates realty deal data from publicly available documents, the deal was registered on October 11.

Documents reveal that Prithviraj bought the house on 16th Floor of building Parishram By Rustomjee, Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill, Bandra West.

The seller is Keystone Realtors Limited, and the amount paid for the purchase of the house by Prithviraj is Rs 17.75 crore.

A stamp duty of Rs 1.06 crore was paid for the registration of the deal with the stamp duty office.

The total area of the apartment that the actor will have for himself and his family measures 2109 sq ft.

Along with the apartment, the owners of the flat will also have an access to three car parks in the building.

The actor’s current address show that he resides in Kochi district of Kerala.

In the last few days, several celebrities have invested in Mumbai’s real estate. From Kajol to Rajkummar Rao, even Akshay Kumar had bought a property in Bandra and sold another property in Andheri. Veteran banker Romesh Sobti made headlines in 2020 for his real estate purchase during the lockdown. Romesh Sobti along with his wife Anita had bought two luxurious apartments in Worli.

These two apartments were located on the 39th and the 40th floors of the building named Three Sixty West, Worli. Last month Romesh Sobti sold one of the apartments.

lets first talk about the two apartments that he had bought way back in June 2020. SquareFeatIndia had reported both the deals even then.

In July 2020, the flats were registered on the names of Romesh Sobti and his wife Anita Sobti. The flats were sold by the developers which includes Oberoi Realty too. The 39th floor flat was sold for Rs 38.15 crore, the area measures 583.53 sq mt. The ready reckoner rate of this flat stands at Rs 34.44 crore. The 40th floor flat was also sold for Rs 38.15 crore, the area of this flat is 561.96 sq mt. The ready reckoner rate for this apartment is Rs 33.19 crore.

Romesh Sobti had paid Rs 4.56 crore as stamp duty for the registration of the flats in June 2020. He along with the flats had also got six car parks in the building.

Now Romesh Sobti, along with his wife has sold the apartment located on the 40th floor of the building. According to registration papers accessed by SquareFeatIndia the documentation regarding the sale was carried out on January 31, 2022, while the registration process was completed on February 22, 2022.

The apartment has been sold for Rs 41.32 crore, whereas the ready reckoner rate of the flat stood at Rs 34.75 crore and a stamp duty of Rs 2.06 crore was paid for the registration of the deal. The new buyer is K Madhavan a resident of Bandra’s Pali Hill area.

The new owner will also have access to three car parking in the building.

The security deposit paid for the apartment is Rs 1.38 crore.

Madhavan currently is the President of the media house that is amongst the top ones in the country.

For Rs 150.01 crore you can own a building, with a plot area of 2006 square meters in Pali Hill, Bandra.

The residential building having 14 flats with a total built-up area of 2030 square metes has been put on sale via e-auction.

While Rs 150.01 crore is the starting price of the e-auction, the pre-bid EMD stands at Rs 3 crore.

The Bandra building along with the flats has been put on sale by the national carrier Air India.

Ok wait this is not the first time that this building has been put on the block, but even previously, Air India tried to sell it.

Last year the same Bandra building at the same price was being sold by the national carrier. However, looks like it found no takers then.

Apart from this Bandra building the national carrier has also put several other properties that it desires to auction.

The list includes a 2 BHK, flat located on the 3rd floor, Sachin da Strains, Khar the built-up area of the flat is 130.10 square meters, and starting price is Rs 2.95 core while Rs 8.82 lakh is the EMD. This flat is with car parking and a storeroom

Another apartment is a 2 BHK flat on the 4th floor, Sachin da Strains, Khar with car parking space, the built-up area is 114.10 square meters, the starting price is Rs 2.59 core and EMD is Rs 7.74 lakh.

The other Mumbai flat is a 3 BHK located on the 2nd Floor, Sachin da Strains, Khar with car parking and storeroom, the built-up area of the flat is 137.50 sqm. approx. with the storeroom on the terrace. The starting price of the flat is Rs 3.11 core and the EMD is Rs 9.30 lakh.

The opening date of the auction is on July 8 and the closing date is July 9.

Apart from this, there are several other properties located in Maharashtra and other states that the national carrier has put up on sale.

The other properties are located in Aurangabad, Nashik, Bhuj, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Nagpur, and Thiruvananthapuram.

The e-auction will be held by state-run website MSTC Limited.

While most real estate developers are finding it difficult to find a homebuyer, an actor recently found one.

During Lockdown, actor Parineeti Chopra sold her two flats in Quantum Building, Union Park, Bandra.

Celebrity brokers aware about the deal say that the flat was in market for pretty long time.”To be precise it was in market for close to one and half year now,” said a realtor from Bandra.

What many are talking about is that she found a homebuyer in this time and even the flats were sold for a decent amount.

The flat’s located on the sixth floor of the building is said to have fetched Parineeti a whooping Rs 13.50 crore.

When contacted Parineeti Chopra for a comment, she said she doesn’t wish to comment on it.

A realtor in the know of the deal, says, Parineeti stayed in the flats not for long. She had acquired these flats in 2014.

“She apparently first shifted to Versova and then came back to Bandra,” said the broker.

Though even after her return to Bandra, Parineeti, went on to stay in another building.

She currently resides in Orchid DB Breeze, located in Khar. Sources say, even Kangana Ranaut occupies a flat in this apartment.

The deal was finalized two weeks ago and final paper work was carried out last week. The deal is of two flats, while one is on her name the other one she jointly owned.

The joint owner of the other flat was Sahaj Chopra, Parineeti’s brother.

The total area of the flat is around 1,725 square feet said a broker. The new owner apparently a businessman has even got two car parks with the flats.

A broker commenting on the deal said, “Seeing the current situation the amount that she got for flat (Rs 13.50 crore) is decent. Previously this building has seen flats being sold for Rs 15 crore and above. But she sold the flat for a fair amount, and found a homebuyer too during lockdown.”

The flats sold by Parineeti are in a building which has several celebrities, it is also pretty close to where Producer Karan Johar resides.
