MHADA Waives Late Fee in Pune Lottery Case, Hands Over Flat

During MHADA’s 13th Lokshahi Din, a Pune lottery homebuyer got relief after facing delays in payment. MHADA waived a ₹75,000 late fee and ordered possession of the allotted flat to be handed over. A total of 15 citizen applications were heard in the session covering issues across Mumbai, Konkan, and Pune boards.

MHADA Pune Lottery 2025: Nearly 2,000 Flats on First-Come-First-Serve Basis

The MHADA Pune Lottery 2025 has gone live with 4,186 homes on offer, including 1,982 flats available on a First-Come-First-Serve basis. Buyers can apply online till October 31, 2025, with the lottery draw scheduled for November 21, 2025. Covering Pune, PCMC, PMRDA, Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli, the scheme gives applicants the option to either book directly under FCFS or try their luck through the traditional computerized lottery.

The MHADA Pune Board will hold a computerized lottery draw on January 29, 2025, for 3,662 flats across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, PMRDA, and Solapur districts. With over 71,642 applications received, the event promises transparency via the IHLMS 2.0 system. Winners can view results live on MHADA’s platforms.
