The second apartment in the same complex, measuring about 743 sq. ft. (69.05 sq. m.), was sold for ₹2 crore. This transaction also involved a stamp duty payment of ₹12 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000. The Vaidyas had bought this property in May 2008 for ₹68.3 lakh.

Oshiwara – A Celebrity-Favored Locality

Located in western Mumbai, Oshiwara is a rapidly developing neighborhood offering excellent connectivity via road and the Mumbai Metro.
