<p>The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways, has invited proposals for the&nbsp;<strong>grant of lease for residential and commercial development of approximately 10,801.70 sqm of railway land in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai</strong>. The lease will be offered for&nbsp;<strong>99 years</strong>, opening up one of the city’s most lucrative redevelopment opportunities.</p>
