The rental duration is 36 months, and the deposit is ₹24 lakh.

The monthly rent amount is ₹4 Lacs/month for 1st year, ₹4.2 Lacs/month for 2nd year, ₹4.41 Lacs for 3rd year

The owner of the house is Ranbir Kapoor, the tenant is Duro Shocks Pvt. Ltd.

The property details is a flat on the 10th Floor, Tower A, Trump Towers, Pune.

The carpet area of the apartment is 6094 sq ft.

Alia Gifted both properties to her sister Shaheen. These two properties are located on the second floor of Gigi Apartments, Juhu, The ready reckoner rate of the properties comes to Rs 7.68 crore.

Alia Bhatt bought these properties in February 2015 from actor Anupam Kher and his wife Kirron Kher. She had paid Rs 8.99 Crore for buying these both flats.

According to the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, the gift deed between Alia and her sister Shaheen was signed on April 10, 2023.

A stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakh was paid for the registration of two gift deeds. The gift deeds mention Alia Bhatt as well as her name after marriage Alia Ranbir Kapoor.

The details of the flats include two flats on the second floor of the Gigi Apartments, one of the flats measures 889.75 sq ft, whereas the second one measures, 1197 sq ft, with every apartment there’s one open car park too.

Bollywood’s most happening couple has spent a total of Rs 22 crore for a bungalow near Mumbai.

The bungalow is located in Alibaug which can be reached via sea route as well as via road.

There are many couples in Bollywood, but we are talking about currently the most trending couple of Bollywood.

The bungalow is located in Mapgaon a gram panchayat in Alibaug in Raigad district.

It is a huge bungalow, according to documents provided to Square Ft India by Zapkey.com the area of the bungalow is 17450 square feet.

The deal was registered with the state government on September 13 and a stamp duty of Rs 1.32 crore was paid.

The husband in the duo is a flamboyant actor who is known for his dressing as well as hairstyles.

So not keeping any further surprises the duo from Bollywood is Deepika Padukone and her husband Ranveer Singh.

The documents reveal, that Deepika Padukone as partner of KA Enterprises LLP and Ranveer Singh as director of RS Worldwide Entertainment Pvt Ltd bought the bungalow for Rs 22 crore from Rajesh Jaggi.

The huge property now belongs to Bollywood’s this happening duo who have given hit films like Padmavat, and Ramleela.

Deepika already has a swanky home in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi in the luxury tower Beaumonde.

Ranveer Singh in 2019 rented an apartment in the same building post their marriage.

Ranbir Kapoor is in news, the actor on July 27, 2020 gave his flat in the building Aerial View CHS (Vastu Pali Hill) on rent.

It is the same building where, Ranbir had bought Bandra’s most expensive flat in 2016.

Four years ago, Ranbir had paid Rs 35 crore for a 2,461 sq ft apartment located on the 7th floor of the building.

When calculated the deal had worked out for Rs 1.40 lakh per sq ft. Since then it still holds the title of the highest per sq ft rate paid for an apartment in Bandra.

On July 27, 2020, Ranbir Kapoor via his power of attorney holder Shanti Malik rented an apartment.

According to documents available, the flat that the actor gave on rent is located on the 5th floor of the building.

The per month rent that Ranbir will be receiving is Rs 7.94 lakh. The apartment that he rented measures 2,493 sq ft.

According to realty sources in Bandra, the building located on Pali Hill, Bandra is a prime property.

A broker aware about the deal said, “The deposit for the flat is Rs 25.50 lakh and the lessee has got two car parks in the basement of the building along with the flat to use.”

Detailed message sent to Ranbir Kapoor seeking his comment didn’t yield any response.

In the recent past, other big realty deal concerning the Kapoor family was the RK Studios sale located at Chembur.

On May 2, 2019 RK Studios, at Chembur, was sold by the Kapoor siblings to Godrej Properties Ltd. The iconic studios was sold for Rs 250 crore.

During the registration of RK Studios deal, Ranbir had signed on behalf of his father Rishi Kapoor. Rishi Kapoor breathed his last on April 30 this year.

Bandra on July 17, witnessed its most expensive deal of 2020. Two flats measuring 5,064 sq ft in Navroze building was bought for Rs 66.01 crore. This deal worked out for Rs 1.30 lakh per sq ft.

Meanwhile, on July 1, 2020, Subhash Chandra rented his Cuffe Parade Bungalow, in Jolly Maker 1 to the Chinese Consulate.

Chandra’s bungalow is fetching him a rent of Rs 4.90 lakh per month.

Bandra is called the queen of suburbs, and this deal could be the kohinoor in the queen’s throne.

Two flats sold on the same floor of Pali Hill building have fetched a combined value of Rs 1.30 lakh per sq ft.

Bandra’s Pali Hill is the Beverly Hills of Mumbai suburbs, and is house for most of the film celebrities.

The building we are talking about is Navroze built by Kryshnajay developers at Bandra. The total amount paid by the buyer is Rs 66.01 crore for an area of 5064 sq ft.

The flats are located on the 16th floor of the building. There are two registrations carried out for both the flats.

While flat number 16 A was registered in the name of Indo Borax and Chemicals Ltd. The other flat 16 B was registered by its directors Shushil Kumar Jain, Sreelekha Jain and Sajal Jain.

16 A measures 2934 sq ft and the consideration paid is Rs 39.33 crore. While 16 B was sold for Rs 26.68 crore and measures 2129 sq ft.

The combined area of both the flat is 5064 sq ft and the total amount paid is Rs 66.01 crore. The ready reckoner rate of both the flats would come to Rs 24.6 crore.

When calculated the per sq ft rate for the deal is Rs 1.30 lakh. Which is the second highest realty deal of the year 2020.

This deal gains prominence because of the time it took place. According to documents available, the deal was finalized on April 6 and April 8, when the country was under a lockdown.

The deals were registered on July 17, by paying a stamp duty of Rs 3.29 crore. The buyers even got five car parks with the flats.

On July 9, Anurang Jain registered two flats worth Rs 100 crore in Carmiachel Residencies in South Mumbai. Jain paid Rs 1.56 lakh per sq ft for the apartment.

Actor Ranbir Kapoor, in 2016 had bought an apartment in Bandra by paying Rs 1.42 lakh per sq ft.

In 2018, Karisma Kapoor had sold a Bandra flat for Rs 1.03 lakh per sq ft. While in December 2017, Priya Duty sold a flat in Bandra for Rs 93,000 per sq ft.

A detailed e-mail sent to Indo Borax and phone calls made to contact Jains got us no response. While Ajay Ashar of Kryshnajay Developer Pvt Ltd assured that he shall call back, but didn’t respond later.

Big ticket deals

• In June this year, businessman Pratik Agarwal registered a flat in Samudra Mahal, for Rs 1,12 lakh per sq ft.
• Veteran banker Romesh Sobti along with his wife bought an apartment for Rs 76 crore in Worli’s Three Sixty West.
• In 2019 Manish Patel paid Rs 1.29 lakh per sq ft for an apartment in Lodha Altamount.
• In July 2018, a flat exchanged hands in Mumbai’s Breach Candy, or Bhulabahai Desai Road, for Rs 1.49 lakh per sq ft. The nearly 2,422-sq ft apartment, in Ashford Palazzo, was sold by Ashford Construction Pvt Ltd to Satish and Sarita Patwari for Rs 36.11 crore.
• In March 2018, a 2,300-sq ft sea-facing flat in Worli’s Champagne House was sold at a staggering rate of Rs 2.32 lakh per square foot, setting a new record for Mumbai by fetching Rs 53.5 crore. Its current owners, the Kotak family, paid Rs 275 crore for the entire Champagne House.
• In 2018 two top businessmen sealed two major deals. Harsh Goenka of RPG Group bought a flat measuring 3,500 sq ft in IL Palazzo for Rs 45 crore. And Niraj Bajaj bought a 16,000-sq ft apartment at Worli’s Three Sixty West for Rs 120 crore.
• In May 2019, in a big-ticket deal, the sprawling RK Studios, was sold by the five Kapoor siblings to Godrej Properties Ltd for Rs 250 crore.

On May 2, last year RK Studios located at Chembur, Mumbai was sold by the Kapoor siblings to Godrej Properties Ltd. The iconic studios was sold for Rs 250 crore.

Rishi Kapoor died on April 30 at a Mumbai hospital and his last rites were preformed by his son Ranbir Kapoor in presence of close relatives.

Rishis’ death came exactly a day after the death of another acclaimed actor Irrfan Khan. Both the deaths came as a shock for the film fraternity and film lovers.

Coming back to Rishi Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. The sale agreement a copy assessed by this reporter shows that it had the name of all the five Kapoor siblings.

While Randhir Kapoor, Rajiv Kapoor, Roma Jain signed the agreement of sale. For Rishi Kapoor it was his son and actor Ranbir Kapoor who signed the papers. Similarly for Ritu Nanda it was Nikhil Nanda who signed the agreement.

The document also revealed an interesting fact, that all the three Kapoor brothers have Ranbir as their middle name. For example, it is Randhir Ranbir Kapoor, Rishi Ranbir Kapoor, and Rajiv Ranbir Kapoor.

Noted film journalist Shubha Shetty says, the full name of Raj Kapoor, is Ranbir Raj Kapoor, hence the middle name Ranbir for the three siblings.

RK Studio is spread across 2.2 acres, (9655.10 sq mts)  and after construction this project by Godrej will offer approximately 33,000 square meters (0.35 million square feet) of saleable area.

Godrej is constructing a multi-storied apartment in place of RK Studios now. The apartment will be named as Godrej RKS.

The building when constructed will have ultra luxury homes. It will have 3,4 and 5 BHK apartments.

Along with the luxury apartment, there will be 157 closed car parks after the construction is done.

The work on the construction of the building is expected to be completed by December 31, 2023. The building will have three basements, one plinth and one stilt, and 15 Number of Slab of Super Structure.

1. Aamir Khan bought Office Space for Rs 35 crore

Actor Aamir Khan shelled out Rs 35 crore to buy a property spread over 859 sq mt at SV Road in Santa Cruz West in May He even paid Rs 2.10 crore as stamp duty for registering the property under the name of Aamir Khan Production Pvt Ltd. Along with the four office units the actor’s firm has also got six basement car parks and two open car parks. This would be one of the biggest commercial real estate deal concerning an A grade Bollywood celebrity.

The building in which the actor bought the four office units is named Prime Plaza. The building being close to his residence, and its connectivity is the reason why the actor must have opted for it.

2. Alia Bhatt Paid Rs 13.11 crore for a house in Juhu

Actor Alia Bhatt, bought a property in Juhu in January, she paid Rs 13.11 crore for the 2,300 sq ft apartment. The actress paid almost double the ready reckoner rate of the apartment, which stands at Rs 7.86 crore. The flat is on the first floor of building named GiGi apartments located inside the Silver Beach Estate. 

3. Vivek Oberoi bought a bungalow in Juhu

Vivek Anand Oberoi along with his wife Priyanka Oberoi bought a bungalow in Juhu, by paying a whooping Rs 14.25 crore, which is more than the existing ready reckoner rate of the area which stands at Rs 10.59 crore. The deal was registered in March. The bungalow G-2 is located in Mandar Co-operative Housing Soceity Ltd, on Raut Land in Juhu. The actor even got a car parking along with the bungalow he purchased. 

The built up area of the bungalow is 234.20 sq mt, while the carpet area of the bungalow is 2100 sq ft. Oberoi’s paid even Rs 85.50 lakh for registration of the bungalow with the registration department. 

4. Tamannaah Bhatia paid Rs 16.60 crore for a flat in Versova

Actor Tamannaah Bhatia of Bahubali fame bought a flat for Rs 80,778 per Sq ft in Versova. She bought the apartment from builder Sameer Bhojwani. The deal that was signed in May and registration documents accessed show that Bhatia paid Rs 16.60 crore for a 191 sq mt flat, which translated into 2055 sq ft. The ready reckoner rate for the apartment is Rs 4.56 crore she even paid Rs 99.60 lakh as stamp duty for the registration of the flat.

The flat she bought is located on the 14th floor of the building named Bayview located at Juhu- Versova Link road. The building is 22 storey high. 

5. Raj Kapoor Studios Sold for Rs 250 crore

In the month of May, the iconic Raj Kapoor Studios located at Chembur was sold for Rs 250 crore by the five Kapoor Siblings to Godrej Properties Pvt Ltd. Ranbir Kapoor signed for his father, Rishi Kapoor while other siblings signed for themselves. Each sibling had 1/5th undivided share in the property.

The entire property is spread across 2.2 acres,(9655.10 sq mts)  and when constructed this project by Godrej will offer approximately 33,000 square meters (0.35 million square feet) of saleable area. The project that is expected to come up on the plot will comprise of modern residential apartments of various configurations as well as a luxury retail experience.
