HDIL Insolvency Proceedings Stall MahaRERA Complaint – Homebuyers Left in Limbo

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has adjourned complaints filed by homebuyers against HDIL sine die due to the insolvency moratorium mandated under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
