The apartment is located in Lodha Marquise – The Park, a luxury residential project developed by Macrotech Developers Limited (Lodha Group). According to IGR records, the apartment has a carpet area of 1,298 sq. ft. and includes two car parking spaces. The lease transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹16,300 and registration charges of ₹1,000.

Sharma and his father, Gurunath Sharma, purchased the apartment in March 2013 for ₹5.46 crore. With the current rental deal, the property reflects a 6% rental yield.

The cricketer and his father also own another apartment in the same complex, which they bought in 2013 for ₹5.70 crore. This second property was leased out in October 2024 for ₹2.65 lakh per month.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, provided by Zapkey, the deal was signed on January 4.

The rental deal is for 36 months, the deposit amount is Rs 9.3 lakh.

The monhtly rent for the first year is Rs 3.1 lac, for the second year it is Rs 3.25 lakh per month and for the third year the is Rs 3.41 lakh per month.

While the owner is Rohit Sharma who also is the Captain of Indian Cricket Team the tenant is Shiva Malani.

The property is located on 14th floor of Karma CHSL, 15th road, Bandra West.

The total area of the apartment is 1047 sq ft.

Harsha Bhogle is one of the most famous cricket commentators in the World.

His son recently paid Rs 6.67 crore to buy an apartment in Mumbai.

Harsha Bhogle’s son Satchit Bhogle bought the flat in the building named Crescent Bay located in Mumbai’s Parel.

According to documents provided by Index Tap the deal was registered on August 24, 2021.

The apartment is located on the 48th floor of the building. and measures 1811 square feet.

Along with the apartment, the new owner Satchit Harsha Bhogle who bought the apartments from L&T Parel Projects LLP will have an access to two car parks.

Stamp duty of Rs 33.35 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

Veteran cricketer Dilip Vengsarkar recently bought a flat in Bandra for Rs 6 crore.

Recently, cricketer, Rohit Sharma sold his bungalow in Lonavala for Rs 5.25 crore.

There would be hardly an Indian who doesn’t have memories attached to Rasna. The drink that has served generations of Indians recently bought a premium apartment.

The apartment is located in one of Mumbai’s upmarket areas Juhu. Juhu houses many Bollywood biggies, industrialists and now Rasna is the newest addition to the area.

The flat was bought by Rasna Pvt Ltd, with its office located in Rasna House, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The apartment bought by the company is located on the fifth floor of the building names Casa Cama Co-operative housing society, Juhu.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia the deal was signed and registered on July 1, 2021.

The total area of the apartment is 133.82 square meters, which translates into 1,440 square feet. The total consideration paid for the flat is Rs 10 crore.

The per square feet rate of the apartment comes to Rs 69,444. The company even paid a stamp duty of Rs 50 lakh which is 5% of the total sale consideration.

The ready reckoner rate of the flat comes to Rs 5.11 crore, which is close to half of the sale amount that was paid by the company.

An email sent to the CMD of Rasna seeking his comment didn’t get a response, the copy will be updated when he responds.

Rasna is a reputed brand in the instant drinks category and was started three and a half decades ago. It is a family-run business. The company within its start became a household name with its different flavours.

Juhu in the last six months has seen several high-profile transactions. It includes Ajay Devgn buying a bungalow for Rs 47.5 crore.

In December 2020, Sridevi’s daughter and actor Janhvi Kapoor paid Rs 39 crore for an apartment spread over three floors.

Recently Juhu resident and superstar Amitabh Bachchan invested Rs 31 crore in a duplex in Andheri. Sunny Leone would be Bchchan’s neighbour in this building who bought an apartment for Rs 16 crore in the same building.

Ace cricketer and member of the Indian cricket team, Rohit Sharma has recently sold a bungalow belonging to him in Lonavla for an amount less than at what he had bought it way back in 2016.

According to the documents made available to squarefeatindia.com, by Zapkey, Rohit Sharma in May 2021 sold a bungalow for Rs 5.25 crore. 

The bungalow is a villa numbered 15, located in the project named Discovery by S2 reality. The bungalow sold by Rohit Sharma measures 6329 sq ft. 

While the documentation regarding the sale of the bungalow was carried out on May 29, 2021, the registration was finally completed on June 1, 2021.

A stamp duty of Rs 26.25 lakh was paid for the registration of the document.
Interestingly Rohit Sharma had bought this bungalow way back in January 2016.

At that time Rohit Sharma had paid an amount of Rs 6 crore for the villa.  The stamp duty paid way back in 2016 was Rs 30 lakh.

Documents accessed by this website show that the cricketer Sold the bungalow in 2021 for a difference of Rs 75 lakh. 

The cricketer who is also the captain of the Mumbai Indians IPL team has a sprawling house located in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi area.

According to a report by mid-day in 2016, actor Suniel Shetty via S2 Realty built this huge project, named Discovery, which is spread across seven acres and has more than 21 bungalows. 

Every villa in the project has a private terrace. The project belongs to S2 realty, owned by Suniel Shetty his wife Mana and others.
