Salman is set to get an average monthly rent of ₹1.04 crore over a period of 60 months.

Documents accessed by Square Feat India, provided by Propstack reveal, that the deal was signed on August 2, 2023.

The deals was signed between owner Salman Khan whereas the tenant is Landcraft Retail Pvt Ltd.

The rent agreement between both the party is for 60 months. The deposit paid is ₹5.4 crore

The Monthly Rent Amount are as follows ₹90 lakhs for 1st year, ₹1 Crore for 2nd year, ₹1.05 Crore for 3rd year, ₹1.10 Crore for 4th year, and ₹1.15 Crore for 5th year.

The Property Details are as follows.
As mentioned in the deed, the area of ​​commercial premises is 2140.71 sq.m.carpet, consisting of Lower Ground Floor, Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor, Santacruz, Linking Road Santacruz West Mumbai – 400054

The Carpet Area is : 23042 Sq ft

Almost everyday hundreds of people gather at Bandstand outside his home in Galaxy building to have a glimpse of it.

However today we aren’t discussing how good or bad his film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan is, but we will be discussing about a property concerning him.

Salman Khan, recently put on rent an apartment belonging to him.

According to documents accessed by Squarefeatindia provided by Zapkey, Salman rented his property on February 16 for a period of 36 months of three years.

The rent for first year is ₹1.5 lakh per month, second year it is ₹1.57 lakh per month and for the last 12 months of the third year it is, ₹1.65 lakh per month.

Salman Salim Khan carried out this rent agreement through his power of attorney, Abhijit Bhalerao

The tenant is named Rajesh Harishchandra Gandhi.

The property that Salman Khan has put on rent is on the 14th floor of the building named Shiv Asthan Heights, located on 16th Road, of Bandra West,

The tenant will also have access to three car parks in the building.

The total area of the apartment is 1,318 Sq Ft carpet.

A stamp duty of ₹15,000 was paid for the registration of the rent agreement.

Salman Khan Ventures Private Ltd recently registered an agreement in regards of a rental deal on Bandra.

Salman Khan VPL rented a duplex in Bandra’s Maqba Heights, of which landlord is a MLA and an ex MLA.

The Bandra property rented by Salman Khan VPL is located on the 17 and 18th floor of the building.

Per month rent of the duplex measuring 2,265 sq ft carpet area is ₹8.25 lakh.

Along with the apartment Salman Khan VPL will have access to 10 car parks in the building.

The rental agreement was registered on August 30, 2021, for a period of three years whereas the start date of the agreement is March 2020.

The lock-in period for the rental agreement is 11 months and after it’s expired both the parties can terminate the agreement by giving a month’s advance written notice.

Now let’s talk about the landlords, the landlords are politicians pretty close to the Khans from Bollywood.

The landlords are Ziauddin (Baba) Siddique and his son Zeeshan Siddique.

Baba is a former MLA from Bandra West, whereas Zeeshan is a current MLA from Bandra East. Both father son duo hail from the Congress party.

Baba lost his Bandra West seat to Ashish Shelar of BJP in the 2014 elections. After this his son Zeeshan contested and won from Bandra East, which was earlier held by Shiv Sena.

According to sources aware about the deal, this particular flat is used for creative purposes for example writers pad working for the Salman Khan Ventures Pvt ltd (VPL)

When contacted representatives of Salman Khan VPL this reporter was told that the flat lease is old and this particular agreement was a mere renewal.

A detailed message sent to Zeeshan Siddique seeking his comment on the deal got us no response.

In a Board of Directors meeting of Salman Khan Ventures Pvt Ltd on August 14, 2021 it was resolved to take this particular duplex on rent from Ziauddin Siddique and Zeeshan Siddique.

The company even authorised it’s Head Operation and Marketing to negotiate and finalise the terms of Leave and License agreement.
