An apartment in Mumbai’s Worli area was sold recently for Rs 45 crore. The apartment has been sold by Prajay Praful Patel a designated partner of Prime Realty LLP.

Prajay is the son of NCP politician and former central minister Praful Patel.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, the deal was registered on July 29, 2021. The documentation was carried out on March 30, 2021.

Documents show that the flat was is located on the 15th habitable floor of the building named Ceejay Residency.

The area of the flat is 5382 square feet RERA carpet and includes an exclusive balcony measuring 420 square feet.

Stamp duty of Rs 1.35 crore was paid for the registration of the apartment. The buyers are Nilangi Parekh and Samarth Parekh.

Along with the apartment the new owners will also have access to three car parks in the building.

The building in which the apartment has been sold is a premium building and commands a good rate.

Attempts made to contact Praful Patel and Prajay Praful Patel didn’t yield a response.
