<p>Cricketer Rohit Sharma has recently put his Bandra House on rent.</p>



<p>According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, provided by<a href="http://zapkey.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Zapkey</a>, the deal was signed on January 4.</p>



<p>The rental deal is for 36 months, the deposit amount is Rs 9.3 lakh.</p>



<p>The monhtly rent for the first year is Rs 3.1 lac, for the second year it is Rs 3.25 lakh per month and for the third year the is Rs 3.41 lakh per month.</p>



<p>While the owner is Rohit Sharma who also is the Captain of Indian Cricket Team the tenant is Shiva Malani.</p>



<p>The property is located on 14th floor of Karma CHSL, 15th road, Bandra West.</p>



<p>The total area of the apartment is 1047 sq ft.</p>

<p>Micron Technology Operation India Limited Liability Partnership has leased 10.43 lakh Sq Ft space.</p>



<p>According to data accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by <a href="http://Zapkey.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Propstack</a> the deal has been signed for a period of 10 years.</p>



<p>The building is named Phoenix Aquila, Block A, located in Gachibowli area of Hyderabad.</p>



<p>The monthly rent for the property is ₹6.78 crore, whereas the security deposit paid was, ₹40.69 crore.</p>



<p>The total area is 10,43,549 sq ft. The owner is Phoenix IT Hub Private Limited.</p>



<p>The per month rent per sq ft is ₹65.</p>



<p>This is one of the biggest rental deals that took place in the country in the recent times.</p>

<p>A bungalow located in Carmichael Road, the Beverley hills of Mumbai, was sold for an astounding amount of ₹220 crore.</p>



<p>According to documents accessed by Squarefeatindia provided by <a href="http://Zapkey.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zapkey.com</a> the bungalow named as Sunny Ville located at Carmichael Road.</p>

<p>Marsh McLennan Global Services India Private Limited has renewed its lease for a period of 60 months starting from January 2023 till December 2025.</p>



<p>According to the data provided by <a href="http://zapkey.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Propstack,</a> the deal was registered on April 12, 2023. The property is located at Powai in Supreme Business Park.</p>



<p>The total leased area is 170256.56 sq ft for a period of 60 months. The rent is Rs 1,02,15,394 per month for period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025</p>



<p>The lease starts from January 1, 2023m the tenant is Marsh McLennan Global Services India Private Limited, whereas the builder is Supreme Developers.</p>



<p>The security deposit is Rs 26 crore of the lease renewal.</p>

<p>Two properties belonging to GVK Group’s Chairman and Founder G.V. Krishna Reddy sold two of his properties located in Hyderabad for a whooping Rs 73.81 crore.</p>



<p>According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by <a href="http://zapkey.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zapkey.com</a>, the deal was signed between Reddy as seller whereas the buyer is Potukuchi Naganandini, a businesswoman based out of Hyderabad.</p>



<p>The deal was signed on January 9, 2023 in Hyderabad. According to documents the property details include, first transaction is that of a plot measuring 1386 sq yards, for Rs 36.38 crore. Whereas the second transaction is of 1426 sq yards, sold for Rs 37.43 crore.</p>



<p>Both the properties are located at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, in the state of Telangana.</p>



<p>GVK has run many airports in the country. Even the Mumbai International airport was with them, till Adani took it from them.</p>

<p>Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan have rented their property in Juhu for 15 years. The rent for the fist five years is 18.9 lakh.</p>

<p>Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan have rented the ground floor of one of their Juhu Bungalow.</p>



<p>The rental deal has been signed between the actors and SBI.</p>



<p>The rent that Amitabh & Abhishek will be getting from this rental deal is Rs 18.9 lakh per month for the first five years</p>

<p>According to documents provided to Squarefeatindia by <a href="http://Zapkey.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zapkey.com</a> the rent for the next five years will be Rs 23.62 lakh and for the last five years it will be Rs 29.53 lakh.</p>



<p>Security deposit of Rs 2.26 crore has been paid for the rental deal.</p>



<p>The property rented by Amitabh & Abhishek is the ground floor of Vatsa, Ammu Bungalow, JVPD Scheme, Juhu.</p>



<p>The property measures 3,150 sq ft and is located next to the iconic Jalsa Bungalow belonging to Amitabh Bachchan.</p>



<p>The agreement was registered on September 28, 2021.</p>



<p>Amitabh Bachchan had recently bought a duplex in Oshiwara area of Andheri for Rs 31 crore.</p>
