On December 12, 2023, Sachin Tendulkar firm SRT Sports Management, a sports management company rented a premises in Bandra for which the firm is paying a monthly rent of Rs 10.83 lakh.

The rental agreement of which Index II was provided to SquareFeatIndia by Propstack, shows that the deposit for the property paid by Tendulkar’s firm is Rs 1.05 crore.

The property rented by Tendulkar’s firm is located on the fifth floor of the building named Raheja Bay in Bandra west, The total area is 3,358 sq ft.

The owner of the property is Ferrani Developers.
