You probably may not see Cassettes but this cassette company has paid ₹25.59 crore for a flat in Juhu. The same building where Hrithik bought a flat for ₹97.5 crore last year.

Hardly anyone must be using a tape recorder these days.

Why would anyone even buy cassettes, when every form of music is available on your phone.

But music pays well and if you are one of the biggest cassette companies in the country then surely you will buy huge properties.

According to documents provided by Zapkey.com a cassette company has paid ₹25.59 crore for a flat in Juhu.

The company we are talking about is Super Cassettes Industuries Pvt Ltd also known as T-Series.

Yes it isn’t merely a cassette company but a musical giant.

Here are the details, oh wait forgot to tell you, the neighbour in this building will be Hrithik Roshan.

So the building we are talking about is named Vartaman earlier it was called Mannat and is being constructed by Samir Bhojwani.

The apartment measures 3665 square feet and is located on the the 8th floor of the building.

The documents were registered on November 2, and a stamp duty of Rs 1.28 crore was paid for the registration.

The building is located on Juhu Versova Link Road.

The company that bought the apartment will also have access to four car parks in the building.

Last year Bhushan Kumar of T-Series had bought a bungalow in Juhu. He had paid ₹167.5 crore for a 6,700 sqft villa at Vasanta Theosophical CHS in Juhu.

In the same building Vartaman Hrithik Roshan also bought three floors measuring 38,000 sqft for ₹97.50 crore.

Recently actor Vicky Kaushal rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal building for ₹8 lakh per month.

It is rumoured that he will shift here with Katrina Kaif post his marriage.
