In a significant shift from the traditional lottery system, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has launched a housing scheme offering 4,508 ready-to-move tenements on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis across Navi Mumbai. Online registrations open Saturday, 22 November 2025 at 4:00 PM.

The scheme includes homes for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) under PMAY and the Lower Income Group (LIG) in Taloja, Dronagiri, Ghansoli, Kharghar, and Kalamboli.

Key Feature: Applicants Can Choose Their Unit

For the first time in CIDCO’s housing history, applicants will be able to select their preferred tenement online, rather than waiting for a lottery draw. After verification, buyers can view available inventory and select units based on real-time availability.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the official FCFS portal: cidcofcfs.cidcoindia.com
  2. Complete online registration within the specified period.
  3. Upload required documents for verification.
  4. Once verified, log in and select a tenement from real-time availability starting 28 December 2025.
  5. Make payment as per schedule.
  6. Receive immediate possession upon full payment.
