The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, a regional unit of MHADA, has opened online registration and application acceptance for the lottery of 402 residential tenements across Chunchale, Pathardi, Makhmalabad, Adgaon, and Satpur in Nashik. These homes are being offered under the Advance Contribution Scheme. The online process was inaugurated by MHADA Vice President and CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal during a ‘Go-Live’ programme at MHADA Headquarters in Bandra (East), Mumbai.

Jaiswal noted that before this announcement, the Nashik Board had already offered 846 tenements for sale through three lotteries conducted earlier in 2025. This marks the fourth lottery of the year, reinforcing the Board’s continued focus on expanding access to affordable housing in Nashik. Under the scheme, successful applicants selected through the lottery must pay the sale price in five instalments.
