Andheri West: A High-Demand Business Hub

Andheri West continues to be one of Mumbai’s most prominent commercial zones, driven by excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, and the Andheri railway and metro stations.
The micro-market is home to entertainment studios, media companies, tech firms, production houses, and branded retail spaces—making it a preferred destination for investors and corporations.

With growing infrastructure upgrades, including ongoing metro expansion, Andheri West has evolved into a well-rounded urban centre offering convenience, cultural vibrancy, and strong real estate value appreciation.
