Renowned Indian filmmaker and producer Karan Johar has purchased a residential apartment in Khar West, Mumbai, for ₹8.05 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra. The transaction was registered in November 2025.

As per the registration records, the apartment is located in Pali Vintage, a residential development in Khar West. The property has a carpet area of 1,060.13 sq ft (98.49 sq m) and includes two dedicated car parking spaces.
The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹48 lakh, along with registration charges of ₹30,000, in line with Maharashtra’s property registration norms.
