Varun Dhawan’s mother Karuna Dhawan will be earning Rs 31,500 every month, while father David Dhawan Rs 36,750 per month.

Varun Dhawan is one of the most entertaining actor of Indian Film Industry today. He earns in crores for every movie.
Now his mother Karuna Dhawan is all set to earn Rs 31,500 and father David Dhawan who also is a noted director will be earning Rs 36,750 per month.
Now you would be wondering what are these earnings, and also these amounts when considered the stature of these two celebrity parents doesn’t look huge.
However, the truth is that both Karuna and David, starting this month will be receiving Rs 31,500 and Rs 36,750 every month.
Ok breaking the suspense, the money that Varun Dhawan’s mother and father will get every month is the rent from two shops that they have leased out.
Karuna Dhawan has leased out a shop located in the building named Sangita in Juhu.
The shop located on the ground floor of the building measures 380 sq ft and the per month rent that Karuna will receive is Rs 31,500.
Similarly David Dhawan has also leased out another shop in the same building. This shop measures 360 sq ft, but the rent is higher and stands at Rs 36,750 per month.
Both the shops were leased by the Dhawan’s on January 31, 2020. The shops were leased to a leisure hospitality private limited firm.
A few years ago Varun Dhawan had reportedly bought a plush 4-BHK apartment for himself in Mumbai.
On work front Varun Dhawan is currently shooting for the film Coolie No. 1 in which he has been paired opposite Sara Ali Khan.
The actor was last seen in Remo D’Souza’s dance drama Street Dancer 3D co-starring Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi
