The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has begun online registration for the allotment of eight amenity plots located in its colonies across Mumbai. The plots will be allotted on a First-Come-First-Served (FCFS) basis in three phases.
The amenity plots are situated in the MHADA colonies of Malad-Malvani, Tagore Nagar-Vikhroli, Kannamwar Nagar-Vikhroli, Gorai and Akurli.
Three-Phase Allotment Schedule
Phase 1 Booking opens at 11:00 AM on August 25, 2026. Last date for submission of online applications with documents: September 5, 2026, up to 5:30 PM. List of eligible and ineligible applicants will be published on September 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Phase 2 Remaining unallotted plots from Phase 1, along with any newly included plots, will be offered. Process starts at 11:00 AM on September 20, 2026. Last date for applications: September 30, 2026, up to 5:30 PM. Eligibility list to be published on October 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Phase 3 Any plots still remaining after Phase 2, plus newly included ones, will be made available. Booking begins at 11:00 AM on October 15, 2026. Last date for applications: October 25, 2026, up to 5:30 PM. Final list of eligible and ineligible applicants will be released on November 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
How to Apply
Interested applicants must submit applications online, upload the prescribed documents and deposit the applicable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). Original copies of the uploaded documents will have to be submitted to the Board wherever required.
