MHADA has put 639 homes in market to be sold. These homes will be sold by MHADA on first come first serve basis.

Apex housing body of the state, MHADA has put a total of 639 homes on sale. These homes will be sold on first come first serve basis.

The homes include 2BHK apartments, 1BHK apartments and 1 Room Kitchen flats.

The homes are for the Middle Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category.

To apply for these homes, the applicant should be 18 years old and above. Only residents of Maharashtra are allowed to apply for these homes.

To apply the earnest money one has to pay for MIG is Rs 15,000, for LIG Rs 10,000 and EWS it is Rs 5,000.

Those eligible applicants will have to pay the entire amount of the home at one go and the homes will be allotted to them.

Forms for application for these homes can be collected from MHADA’s Bandra east office from the PRO department. Forms can also be collected from the Nashik office of MHADA. Forms are available from July 20.

The 639 homes are located in different areas of Nashik and Ahemdnagar.

In Nashik, under MIG there are 83 homes (2BHK) for Rs 21.02 lakh at Makhmalabad.

Another set of 90 (2BHK) MIG homes in Adgaon are being sold at Rs 19.61 lakh.

In Pathardi, 95 (2BHK) homes under MIG are being sold for Rs 23.06 lakh.

21 (2BHK) MIG homes in Mhasrul. are being sold for Rs 21.56 lakh

In Nashik, there are 66 (1BHK) homes in Panchak and 76 (1BHK) homes in Adgaon under LIG. The price of Adgaon and Panchak homes are Rs 13.86 lakh and 13 lakh respectively.

Under EWS there are 68 homes in Adgaon of which 67 (1BHK) are being sold at Rs 8.19 lakh are the remaining 1 Room Kitchen is priced at Rs 6.94 lakh.

In Ahmednagar’s Shrirampur, 77 (2BHK) homes are being sold at Rs 19.85 lakh, while 61 (1BHK) flats will be sold for Rs 7.25 lakh and remaining two (1RK) will be sold for Rs 6 lakh.

MHADA has been assigned the task to meet the demand of the rising housing need in the state. 

For which the housing body comes out with several lotteries. However, the 639 homes that MHADA put on sale this time are available on first come first serve basis,
