Actor Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal recently rented a bungalow in Juhu. The bungalow located in one of the poshest locations of Mumbai, has a hefty per month rent.

Richa Chadha was in news for the last few weeks, because of her name being dragged into a controversy by actor Payal Ghosh.

The Fukrey star knocked the doors of court, in regards with Payal’s statement in connection with Anurag Kashyap.

That matter has now come to a conclusion.

However, here’s some good news from Richa and her long time beau Ali Fazal.

Richa and Ali Fazal 15 days ago rented a bungalow in Juhu. Juhu houses many top celebrities, who from the Bollywood industry.

According to a real estate broker from Juhu, the duo rented the property on September 30, 2020.

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have rented the bungalow number 4 in an upmarket society in Juhu.

They have taken the bungalow on rent for a period of 36 months.

The rent for the first year is Rs 3 lakh per month, for second year is Rs 3.15 lakh per month and for the last year it is Rs 3.30 lakh per month.

The Masaan star and Ali Fazal paid a deposit of Rs 10 lakh for the bungalow they have rented in Juhu.

“The flat has been rented by both Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal together and documents have both their names.”

A real estate broker said,

A detailed message sent to Richa Chadha seeking her comment got us no response.

In June, actor Hrithik Roshan had rented an apartment in Juhu too. Hrithik is paying a rent of Rs 8.25 lakh per month for the 3,928 sq ft apartment.

Earlier this year Varun Dhawan’s parents Karuna and David leased out their shops in Juhu.
