In a real estate project, named Ramrajya, the homebuyer and the builder reached settlement thus ending a refund issue.

Ramrajya is said to be a system where no one is wronged and justice is done to all.

Recently MahaRERA heard a case of a project named Ramrajya Neptune Udaan D, located at Amivali near Kalyan.

Homebuyer Ashish Kasbekar approached MahaRERA against Neptune Developers Ltd.

The homebuyer was seeking directions from MahaRERA that the builder refund him the money that he had paid him.

Kasbekar had booked a flat in the project Ramrajya Neptune Udaan D. He even was seeking compensation along with interest for the amount he had paid to the developer.


During the hearing both the parties appeared and made their submissions.

In the hearing, the builder’s representative showed willingness to refund the entire amount to the complainant.

The builders representative informed that they will refund Rs 81,442 before October 30, 2020.

During the course of hearing, the homebuyer accepted the statement made by the developer before MahaRERA through affidavit.

Dr Vijay Satbir Sing, Member I, MahaRERA noted in his order, “In view of the aforesaid settlement arrived at between both the parties, the MahaRERA feels that nothing survives in this complaint.”

“The liberty is granted to the complainant to approach MahaRERA is case of any default on the the part of respondent (builder).”

After which the complaint pertaining to the project Ramrajya was disposed off.
