Applications for lottery of 5,647 MHADA homes will begin today. The lottery will be held on January 23, 2021.

Who doesn’t wish for a home and especially a one from MHADA lottery. The reason being MHADA homes are said to be cheaper from that of the ones available in market,

MHADA has announced that it will hold a lottery of 5647 homes of which application process will begin from Thursday.

The lottery process shall be inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar at 2.30 pm on December 10.

From 3 pm applicants will be able to register for the lottery and from 6 pm applications will be accepted on https://lottery.mhada.gov.in.

Applicants can register up to 5 pm of January 11, 2021 and applications will be accepted up to 11 pm of January 12.

The lottery is being conducted by the Pune Board of MHADA and includes homes constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojna,

The home are in areas like Talegaon (Mawal), Karmala in Solapur, Pimpri, Sangli and Pune areas.

Apart from the homes, MHADA has also put 68 land parcels in Radhanagri of Kolhapur up for grab

The lottery will be held at 10 am on January 22 at the office of Pune Board of MHADA.

MHADA has also informed that they haven’t appointed any agent of the lottery and people should be careful of such people.
