CIDCO has put a total of 27 bungalow and row house plots up for lease via e-auctions. Of these 12 plots are in Ghansoli and 15 plots are in New Panvel.

CIDCO has put a total of 27 plots up for lease, which are meant for building bungalows and row houses.

CIDCO will be holding an e-TENDER cum e-AUCTION for Lease of 12 Residential Plots at Sector-04, Ghansoli and 15 Residential Plots at Sector-5A, 8, 9 & 12, New Panvel (E), NAVI MUMBAI.

The plots in Ghansoli measure between 65.86 square meters to 67.74 square meters. The base rate of four plots is Rs 30,800 per square meter while for the remaining eight plots it is Rs 35,813 per square meter.

The EMD for each plot varies between Rs 2.01 lakh to 2.42 lakh.

Similarly there are 15 residential plots that are being auctioned by CIDCO in New Panvel area. These plots are of different sizes too. The smallest one measures 146.28 square meters, while the biggest one measures 831.67 square meters.

At New Panvel CIDCO has plots measuring 451.27 square meters 584.03 square meters and even 814.04 square meters.

The base rate per square meter for all the plots decided by the corporation stands at Rs 39,200.

The EMD for the plots varies between Rs 32.60 lakh to Rs 5.73 lakh. For one of the plots the EMD is Rs 30.99 lakh, for another plot the EMD is Rs 8.11 lakh. Different plots have different EMDs. To know more about the EMD and other details one can visit here

The EMD and processing fee has to be paid to the corporation online.

The bidder registration process has already begun on December 21, 2020. Whereas the e-tender process be from December 28 (11 am) to January 13 (11.59 pm).

The e-auction will start from January 14 at 11 am will continue till 5 pm the same day.

Normally the state government bodies like MHADA and CIDCO are known for lotteries meant for the affordable segment. This would be after a long time that a government body has come out with residential plots where a bungalow or row house can be built.

Recently MHADA’s Mumbai Board also announced that it would beholding a lottery for homes in Mumbai.
