Read it right, actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas sold her Mumbai house. The two apartments that she sold were located in Versova.

According to documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey, the two deals were registered on March 26, 2021.

The two flats sold are on the seventh floor of the building named Raj Classic located in Versova.

The first flat sold by Priyanka Chopra measures 888 sqft and was sold for Rs 3 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 9 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The second flat sold by the actor measures 1219 sqft and was sold for Rs 4 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 12 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The total amount that Priyanka carried the sale of the flats for is Rs 7 crore. According to Zapkey, Priyanka in February 2020, had sold her another flat in Karan Apartment, Lokhandwala, Andheri, for Rs 2 crore.

Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra carried out the transactions on behalf of the actor.

Incidentally in June 2017, Madhuri Dixit Nene had sold her two apartments in the same building that of Priyanka’s for Rs 8.18 crore.
