Actor Abhishek Bachchan sold off his Worli home on August 10, 2021.

He had bought this house on November 11, 2014.

Abhishek Bachchan sold the house for Rs 45.75 crore, he had bought it for Rs 41.14 crore.

The flat is located on the 37th floor (21st Habitable floor) of the Tower B of Worli’s 360 West.

According to the documents accessed by Squarefeatindia provided by Zapkey.com the paper work was carried out on August 9, while the registration was done on August 10. 
Stamp duty of Rs 2.28 crore was paid for the registration.

The new owner will also have access to four car parks in the building.

The flat measures 7527 square feet. Abhishek Bachchan’s buy in 2014 had made headlines too.

Amitabh Bachchan recently bought a duplex for Rs 31 crore in Andheri. In the same building where Amitabh Bachchan bought the duplex actor Sunny Leone too had bought an apartment.

Last year Ajay Devgan bought a bungalow in Juhu, where the Bachchan’s currently reside for Rs 47.5 crore.

Last December, Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor paid Rs 39 crore for a flat in Juhu.
