Vicky Kaushal has rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal building for a period of 60 months, that is for 5 years. The deposit paid by him can get you a house in Mumbai.

Actor Vicky Kaushal who is in news for his movie and also for his rumoured affair with Katrina Kaif has rented an apartment in Juhu.

The apartment rented by Vicky is on the the 8th floor of the building which also is the top floor.

The leave and license agreement of the actor’s new Juhu apartment was registered in July 2021.

The building in which he has rented the apartment is named Rajmahal a ultra luxurious building located in Juhu.

So now coming to the point of the security deposit and the other details.

The security deposit paid by Vicky Kaushal is ₹1.75 crore. This amount can easily get you an awesome flat in Mumbai.

He has rented the apartment for a period of 60 months.

The rent for the initial 36 months is ₹8 lac per month.

For the next 12 months it is ₹8.40 lakh per month and for the remaining 12 months Vicky Kaushal will pay a rent of ₹8.82 lakh per month.

According to a real estate broker aware about the deal, the building even offers a private beach, and has one apartment per floor.

The homes in the building on every floor is a 4BHK and huge is an understatement.

According to documents available with SquareFeatIndia the area is 2777 square feet. The balcony itself measures 590 square feet.

Along with the apartment Vicky will also have aacess to 3 car parks.

The actor recently was in news for his stellar performance in the movie Sardar Udham.

His movie URI also had made a lot of positive noise, he’s currently in news for his alleged affair with actor Katrina Kaif.
