Tata Chairperson Chandrashekaran Natrajan, along with family members bought a duplex worth ₹97.85 Crore in South Mumbai.

Tata Chairperson, Chandrashekaran Natarajan (Chairperson of Tata Group), Lalitha Chandrashekaran, Pranav Chandrashekaran bought a duplex in South Mumbai.

The amount paid for the apartment is ₹97.85 Crore, one of the highest amount paid this year for any realty deal.

The duplex is located on the 21st and 22nd floor of the building named 33 South, Altamount Road.

According to details accessed by SquareFeatIndia from documents provided by Zapkey the deal was registered on May 4, 2022.

The total area of the duplex bought by Tata Chairperson is 6,800 square feet, which when calculated takes the per square feet rate to ₹1.43 lakh.

This is one of the highest paid per square feet rate in the recent history of Mumbai’s realty industry.

The seller are Jeevesh Developers and Properties Pvt ltd.

A stamp duty of ₹5.87 crore was paid for the registration of the duplex.

A detailed message sent to N Chandrashekharan of Tata got us no response.

In December 2020, The Daftary’s paid Rs 101 crore for a flat measuring 3183 square feet in Carmichael Residencies. The per square feet rate here was Rs 1.58 lakh.

In July 2020 Anurang Jain paid Rs 1.56 lakh per square feet for a flat in Carmichael Residencies.

In December 2020, Motilal Oswal Family trust paid Rs 1.48 lakh per square feet to buy a home in 33 South.

In March 2022, a 10,566 square feet flat in Worli’s Rahjea Legend was sold for Rs 144 crore, thus taking the per sqyare feet value to Rs 1.32 lakh.
