Akshay Kumar has sold his property in Andheri west for a whooping Rs 6 crore to Daboo Malik. Daboo Malik is the father of music composer duo Armaan and Amaal Malik.

Daboo Malik is also a music director, this property is bought him along with his wife Jyoti Malik. They are parents of Armaan Malik and Amaal Malik).

Akshay Kumar had bought this house in November 2017 for Rs 4.12 crs. He had invested cumulatively Rs 15.1 cr in 4 properties in the same project in 2017.

The property that Akshay has sold to the Malik’s is on the 21st floor of Transcon Triumph- Tower in Andheri west. According to documents provided by Zapkey.com, the deal was signed on August 12, 2022.

The total area of the apartment is 1281 sq ft carpet area plus 59 sq ft balcony. The owners will also have access to parking lots in the building.

A stamp duty of Rs 36 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

Akshay Kumar is a prolific real estate investor. Some of the recent and overall deals include his purchase of an apartment in the building Joy Legend, at Khar West, for which he had paid Rs 7.84 crore, this deal was signed in January 2022.

In December 2021, he had bought an office property in Lodha’s Lower Parel project for Rs 4.85 crore.
