She has choreographed the stars of Bollywood and made them dance on her tunes, she herself is a celebrated Choreographer and a well known face in the Indian Film Industry.

The young choreographer Shakti Mohan recently made a real estate purchase, she will be moving from the western suburbs to Bandra.

On October 6, Shakti registered the deal with the registration office in regards to a flat on the 5th floor of Celestial Towers located in Bandra.

According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia.com by Indextap.com, the total consideration paid for the flat is Rs 5.3 crore.

Documents reveal that after deducting 1% TDS by Shakti Mohan, she has paid the rest of the amount to the seller of which Rs 2 crore is a loan amount that Shakti has borrowed from a bank.

For the registration of the deal, a total of Rs 31.8 lakh was paid as stamp duty.

Along with the apartment, Shakti shall have access to two car parks in the building.

The flat measures 1019 sq ft, this is the usable carpet area of the apartment.
