Suniel Shetty along with his mother Prema Shetty, wife Monisha Shetty and son Ahaan Shetty recently invested in a property in Bandra.

According to documents from the registration department accessed by SquareFeatindia, the deal was signed in March earlier this year and registered on June 7, 2022.

The documents reveal that the actor and his family members paid a whooping Rs 25 crore for the apartment in the building named Sandhu Palace, located in Pali Hill of Bandra west.

The apartment is spread over 3,479.43 sq ft carpet area on the 9th floor of the building and along with the apartment, the Shetty family shall also have an access to two car parks in the basement of the building.

A stamp duty of Rs 1.25 Crore was paid for the registration of the apartment.

Suniel Shetty along with his family currently resides in Mumbai’s most poshest location Altamount Road, his current address is Prithvi Apartment a prestigious piece of real estate in Mumbai.

The seller of the apartment that Suniel Shetty and family bought is an Ahmedabad based firm, Safari Biotech Pvt Ltd.

In October, Janhvi Kapoor along with her father Boney Kapoor and sister Khusi Kapoor bought a duplex bungalow for Rs 65 crore.
Her house is located in Bandra’s Pali Hill too and measures 6,421 sq ft. The Kapoors paid a whooping Rs 1.01 lakh per sq ft for the apartment that they bought.
